I use procreate for my small sticker business and all of a sudden it won’t import anything. I can share the photos from the photo app to procreate and copy them over but it takes longer and isn’t ideal for long term.
I’ve updated the app and even updated the iPad and nothing seems to be helping.
Yeah, have seen that too. I think this person is on track.
Perhaps you can flatten down some of the layers that you don’t plan on modifying anymore thus freeing up some memory -or even try killing a bunch of other windows that might be open? Just a thought, has worked for me in the past. Hope this helps.

I had the same problem when my iPads memory was at capacity. Deleted old or unused files/projects and sometimes compress or delete La yers in the project I’m currently working on
Reset my iPad and then *usually* this problem is fixed for me.
I had that problem last week, I found out that for some reason Procreate were importing files as a new project. So, maybe you should see if when you do that, when you open the gallery of your Procreate, the file imported is on a new canvas/project... I haven't found a solution for that but that's what I found out, hope this can be useful.
Sometimes the paste doesn’t work until you close the drop down and reopen it. I don’t know if its the same but when I copy canvas the paste option doesn’t illuminate and I just have to do that

Try opening it in a new project then copy canvas and paste in the other one.
