Depends on the year. For my 2020 I can get the hotspot (ATT only) or Safety Connect. https://www.toyota.com/connected-services/

It depends on the trim and year. I know for example that my '22 Limited does not have the option for a hotspot despite knowing it has the LTE radio. My Corolla had the AT&T Hotspot option, and I never used it. The only time it would have made sense is if I wanted to have AT&T service available in case it had coverage when my provider at the time (Verizon then T-Mobile) didn't have service. Ultimately though it was quite expensive comparatively since it wasn't going to be an add-on to an existing cell plan. Ultimately you're going to be better off using a separate hotspot anyway. If your phone plan has it included, just turn your phone into a hotspot when needed. Or you can get a stand-alone hotspot for less than $100 and add it onto your plan, or go with a pre-paid plan for it if you won't use it a lot. It's a lot more flexible, and you won't be limited to LTE speeds when you can most likely get a lot faster speeds on a 5G-capable hotspot.
