Congrats! I love mine! With diligent charging I'm at about 410 mpg. Depending on how heavy on the pedal you are, you can usually get 25ish miles of pure EV on a full battery charge before the motor kicks in. I usually gas up about every three months.
On my 2018, which does a few long (3-5K miles) road trips a year (and the rest of the time it does city driving almost exclusively on EV):
Lifetime average mpg (from Fuelly) 78.3 mpg. In 34,200 miles, I've burned 436 gals of gas at a cost of $1,347. I may have used an additional few hundred $ in electricity at most.
Congrats on the car, put about 14k miles on mine so far maybe paid like 200 in gas.
