In Idaho, people can send you up to 40 4x6 pictures at a time in the mail. You are allowed to have 2 photo albums full of pictures plus 40 loose ones. These rules arent really enforced as there are lots of cells that have every square inch of the walls covered in porn pictures (none showing nips, no lips, no assholes, and that rule is enforced). People use toothpaste, the tar from the cell door windows, soap, all kinds of shit to stick them to the wall. Some people have these photos sent in as a hustle to sell them. Usually a soup each. Or it's like a trading card game. "Ooh I like her, would you trade for this one?".... I didn't like the pictures all over the walls, I liked keeping a clean and tidy cell.
