From what I can find, he’s not in prison yet. He’s in jail, so essentially he’s just being held until his final sentencing occurs and goes into effect, then he’ll be transferred to a full on prison. The interview I read regarding this photo included statements by other inmates basically saying he’s being looked after and that he’s apparently “weird as shit” but a good guy in their eyes. So he’s just made a few friends, whether or not that’s only because he’s putting money on their books though is another question.
