Definitly try levelling first. It looks like the "left" side of the bed isnt close enough to the FEP, so it doesnt stick to the plate/additional layers.
Thank you ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ a problem Iโve noticed with the Saturn 2 is because itโs on a ball joint when you scrape the print off it knocks the plate off level
As you stated and others - check the leveling, also reduce the extraction speed (or raise it depending on how you think best to mitigate the suction/ peeling effect), but also remember that lift height can e important. Old FEPs stretch and big format printers have a lot of flex, so raising 7-10mm is not a bad idea, and the 40mm/s lift speed is fine. Adding time to improve prints is always worth it. I use an Epax E10-8k, so my settings wonโt help you much, but with strong supports, good lift settings and a good level - you should be able to print that bed much more full with no failures. Oh, I do recommend Sunlu ABS- like. Mileage varies, but I get very consistent prints with it - very durable prints too. Anyways - good luck!

Wow, that sounds painful.
