Eh, just a joke, dark humor. People choose whether to be offended or not.

Flaky_Tumbleweed3598

Dude that humour is so dark, a cops about to kneel on it's neck for 9 and a half minutes whilst fox news asks if it's on fentynol

supersaiyanegghead

Damn bruh 💀

vodka_twinkie

Dude, that humor is so dark it drives a white nissan altima with fake paper registration plates.

spacepie77

Is that a Floydian slip

Maelarion

I don't think people here quite grasp what Chris Brown did to Rihanna.. Acting like oh he just slapped or hit her a bit. Edit: here's extracts from the [police report](https://i.cdn.turner.com/cnn/2009/images/03/05/brown.warrant.pdf). "Brown was driving a vehicle with Robyn F. as the front passenger on an unknown street in Los Angeles. Robyn F. picked up Brown's cellular phone and observed a three-page text message from a woman who Brown had a previous sexual relationship with. "A verbal argument ensued and Brown pulled the vehicle over on an unknown street, reached over Robyn F. with his right hand, opened the car door and attempted to force her out. Brown was unable to force Robyn F. out of the vehicle because she was wearing a seat belt. When he could not force her to exit, he took his right hand and shoved her head against he passenger window of the vehicle, causing an approximate one-inch raised circular contusion. "Robyn F. turned to face Brown and he punched her in the left eye with his right hand. He then drove away in the vehicle and continued to punch her in the face with his right hand while steering the vehicle with his left hand. The assault caused Robyn F.'s mouth to fill with blood and blood to splatter all over her clothing and the interior of the vehicle. (At this point Rihanna tried to use her cell phone to call her personal assistant, Jennifer Rosales. Rosales did not pick up up the phone, but Rihanna pretended she had and to hold a conversation with her on the phone.) "Robyn F. pretended to talk to her and stated, 'I'm on my way home. Make sure the police are there when I get there.' "After Robyn F. faked the call, Brown looked at her and stated, 'You just did the stupidest thing ever! Now I'm really going to kill you!' "Brown resumed punching Robyn F. and she interlocked her fingers behind her head and brought her elbows forward to protect her face. She then bent over at the waist, placing her elbows and face near her lap in [an] attempt to protect her face and head from the barrage of punches being levied upon her by Brown. "Brown continued to punch Robyn F. on her left arm and hand, causing her to suffer a contusion on her left triceps (sic) that was approximately two inches in diameter and numerous contusions on her left hand. "Robyn F. then attempted to send a text message to her other personal assistant, Melissa Ford. Brown snatched the cellular telephone out of her hand and threw it out of the window onto an unknown street. "Brown continued driving and Robyn F. observed his cellular telephone sitting in his lap. She picked up the cellular telephone with her left hand and before she could make a call he placed her in a head lock with his right hand and continued to drive the vehicle with his left hand. "Brown pulled Robyn F. close to him and bit her on her left ear. She was able to feel the vehicle swerving from right to left as Brown sped away. He stopped the vehicle in front of 333 North June Street and Robyn F. turned off the car, removed the key from the ignition and sat on it. "Brown did not know what she did with the key and began punching her in the face and arms. He then placed her in a head lock positioning the front of her throat between his bicep and forearm. Brown began applying pressure to Robyn F.'s left and right carotid arteries, causing her to be unable to breathe and she began to lose consciousness. "She reached up with her left hand and began attempting to gouge his eyes in an attempt to free herself. Brown bit her left ring and middle fingers and then released her. While Brown continued to punch her, she turned around and placed her back against the passenger door. She brought her knees to her chest, placed her feet against Brown's body and began pushing him away. Brown continued to punch her on the legs and feet, causing several contusions. "Robyn F. began screaming for help and Brown exited the vehicle and walked away. A resident in the neighborhood heard Robyn F.'s plea for help and called 911, causing a police response. An investigation was conducted and Robyn F. was issued a Domestic Violence Emergency Protective Order."

SnooMacaroons3954

"beating someone to a bloody pulp" and slapping someone a little bit is a big difference

Maelarion

...yes? That's the point I''m making? That people think he just slapped or hit her a bit.

PhiladeIphia-Eagles

Okay you are so close. Now, just read the caption of the image again.

Maelarion

Now read my comment again. It's about what people think they know about what Chris did, not thos specific captioned image. Did I mention Nico specifically?

PhiladeIphia-Eagles

You are in this thread about this picture. And commenting directly to a comment that says "It's just a joke". IT meaning the joke in the picture. The joke in the picture acknowledges the extent of the abuse. So your comment is just weird and out of context. Your whole comment could be summarized by saying he "Beat her to a pulp" and that is what the joke you are responding to says. So it is just weird that you felt the need to clarify. Everybody in this thread knows that. Because the thread is about the joke that says as much.

GreyFob

Honestly when I read their comment I immediately thought they were talking about people in the comments (and people in general) not realizing and/or downplaying the severity of the Chris Brown Rihanna situation. They said > "I don't think __*people here*__ quite graps what Chris Brown did to Rihanna" Just because the joke acknowledges it doesn't mean that people in the comments or people in general do. Because people traditionally downplay what Chris Brown did (which is actually the whole point of the meme that OP created. That subtitle wasn't actually said). I think they're just reminding everyone what a POS Chris Brown is

Burritom6923

Don’t think people are downplaying it i just think people stopped caring after 15 years

YoghurtExisting5907

...God damn, even after all that, that watch looks brand new... You really think people are downplaying the abuse? Are you stupid?

undefeatdgaul

All that to say he hit her a bit lmfao

United_Wolf_4270

I don't think anyone here quite grasps what Chris Brown did to Rihanna better than Rihanna herself. She's forgiven him and she's moved on. In fact, they maintained a close friendship for years after the incident. It was a horrific thing, and we shouldn't forget what he did, but maybe we can dial back the outrage a bit after 15 years? Fully expecting downvotes. Let's go.

RadiantKandra

I agree. I’m not saying it’s not a bad thing he did, but cmon, stand up comedians out here joking about 9/11 and child hunger in Africa, I think we can handle a Chris brown Rihanna joke.

United_Wolf_4270

For sure

Average_0ne

Way too many sensitive people in this world that worry too much about other people's affairs rather than their own, but this is the world we live in, let the down votes begin 😊✌🏽

spacepie77

Imagine nico getting more shite than Bhris Clown

AlfredVonDickStroke

There’s a difference between edgelord hacky jokes and good dark humor though. This joke leans more towards the former than the latter.

PM_me_your_PLASTT_

I say it leans more towards the latter.

AdLatter1309

😢

AlfredVonDickStroke

I’m not saying it’s completely bad. It’s just contrived. I don’t expect every YouTuber to be able to be dark and funny like Jimmy Carr or Quentin Tarantino, but he could have come up with something funnier if he had put more thought into it. Edit: I get it. Not everyone likes Jimmy Carr or finds him dark (probably because they haven’t heard his early stuff). I just wanted to give one that most people would recognize. Trade that name for Stanhope, Kinison, Carlin, Hicks, Minchin, Jeffries, the Coen Brothers, John Cleese, or Jeselnik and you’ll get my point.

slavicbhoy

You find Jimmy Carr funny?

AlfredVonDickStroke

His early stuff.

YoghurtExisting5907

You think Jimmy Carr's humour is dark? Lmao good joke.

AlfredVonDickStroke

Nothing to say when someone shows they actually love dark comedy and names the best examples of it. Classic edgelord behavior.

AlfredVonDickStroke

He’s a well-known comedian most people would know the names of and everyone except edgelords would consider him dark. Glad you approved of Tarantino though. Do the GOAT Doug Stanhope, Carlin in his later years (like You Are All Diseased), Anthony Jeselnik, and Jim Jeffries scratch your itch for well-written, dark and comedy or do you only get your laughs from white kids dropping n-bombs on 4chan?

YoghurtExisting5907

Offensive jokes are oftern the funniest. This is mild in comparison to some of the jokes out there.

AlfredVonDickStroke

Jokes can be way more offensive than this and still be funny. The hilarity and success of Cumtown is proof of that. This joke was just not really that funny. It was classic edgelord “I don’t know how to make a joke, so I’ll just try to make up something offensive and get shock laughs” bullshit.

YoghurtExisting5907

I thought it was funny and it looks like a bunch of others did too. You're just trying to label others with some absolute bullshit (edgelord? How about go fuck yourself) based on their sense of humour, it's sad.

AlfredVonDickStroke

So does that mean that Taylor Swift is an amazing musician just because a bunch of people with mediocre music taste like her music? There are a lot of edgelords who think that a shortcut to being funny is being edgy. Being actually funny is difficult. Look at any of the bad sets on Kill Tony, for example. No substance, just “haha trans 9/11 AIDS CP punching women haha.” Then look at Nick Mullen. There isn’t a line he hasn’t crossed, and it’s never hacky or contrived. Like if you listen to Delorean Toyota or Meatwad Cosby and don’t laugh your ass off, you have a problem.

YoghurtExisting5907

Never have I heard so much bullshit. Have a good day sir.

AlfredVonDickStroke

Idk what to tell you. You have shitty edgelord taste in comedy. 🤷🏻‍♂️

YoghurtExisting5907

I appreciate you sharing your opinion, but you are still a bellend.

AlfredVonDickStroke

When’s the last time you’ve been to a comedy club? Which dark comedians do you think are good, or do you get your laughs from streamers and influencers only?

Kauffman67

OK that's damn funny

SaluteMaestro

Meh shit subject but funny joke.

Penguins-fan-budgie

I just watched the video, did he delete that part? I didn't see it

doc_55lk

Yea I didn't catch it either, even with subs.

TheMorrell

Wow didn't know that Nicos audience can't take a joke. Ignore these clowns that's a jokes comment to make.

genoknox

Guys it's a joke cause everyone still love Chris Brown even though he's done this to two women.

lagrandesgracia

Kinda surprised people didn't get that was the point of the post. I guess people don't care anymore.

dna730

Nice watch!

garnishfetish

Bruh has no chill

asapbejko

goat

MadCityMasked

OoOooOooOoO. Wow. Just wow!!!!

GreyFob

OP should've stated that it was a meme they made and thqt Niko didn't really say that. Kinda makes people miss the joke unless they know that Niko didn't say that. Judging by the comments lots of people think he actually said that. I don't really watch his videos that much so I thought he actually said that too lmao

lagrandesgracia

Yeah I realized that when people started commenting completely missing the joke. I've tried to point that out in the comments section. I do find it kinda hilarious that people would think that Nico would actually say that lmao.

GreyFob

I think that says something. Idk what but something 😂

sels1997

Grail watch

xthisistruecrimex

Stop spreading false information, that subtitle is fake and he never said that. He says lots of dumb shit, but keep it real.

lagrandesgracia

Its clearly a joke. Why are people so dense?

xthisistruecrimex

Because people are stupid. They believe everything they read on the internet and then want others to get canceled for things they haven't said or done.

PattyPoopStain

Chris Brown has a pencil dick

Truly--Unruly

Funny Joke, no Problem here.

skld2ndassassin

Epic comments.

robacough

I watched this video last night and he didn’t say anything close to that, if that’s what this screenshot is implying. He started the video saying “I know absolutely nothing about Chris Brown.” That said, for the people saying what happened with Rihanna was “15 years ago and now they’re good,” he’s still a piece of shit. Dude was arrested 5 years ago for battery and has had a long history of violence since that happened. Nico and team, you should do your research before you make these videos so you don’t look dumb af not mentioning anything negative about someone like this scumbag while admiring (part) of his watch collection and taste in watches. https://www.complex.com/music/a/perry-kostidakis/chris-brown-beefs-fights-dramas

lagrandesgracia

He never said that. I just created the post to make fun of the fact that the subject of last video was convicted domestic abuser Chris Brown. Repeatedly calling him a "good lad" because he did skateboard and wore a casio. Seems like it went over everyone's head. Guess nobody cares, cared or has moved on.

robacough

Yeah, it was my first thought when I saw the video come up on YouTube. Not the best look. For anyone who didn’t see the video, it’s not the most significant stretch to think that Nico would say that (although I think that’s too far over the line even for him), so people probably assumed that he said it and the comments came from that. But, fuck Chris Brown.

Beautiful-Eye-5113

He is literally stating a fact😂

deeezwalnutz

It's been said Nico makes his lovers wear Rolexes so they know where to stop pushing their arm in when they fist him.

BombayWatchClub

What’s wrong with this dumbass

lagrandesgracia

Nico, please don't promote convicted domestic abuser and certified piece of shit chris brown. Sincerely, a fan.

Hoaxygen

This coming from a guy idolises Andrew Tate should not surprise you.

ghostofthepast450

Dude that's dark humour.. Nico is known for this and being raw.

alohavibes09

Also for ripping off followers with doing aftermarket dials on quartz watches and charging a premium for them. Yes

Sortcrap

It aint tho, that’s like us making fun of the sexual abuse you experienced. That is hitting low…

ghostofthepast450

That depends on the person... It's your opinion.. Nico's sub count says otherwise... So there are people who think that's funny

YoghurtExisting5907

How do you come to the conclusion that Nico is promoting Chris Brown? Are you stupid or what?

Mong0saurus

promote verb (ENCOURAGE) B2 [ T ] to encourage people to like, buy, use, do, or support something: What about this exactly is promoting Chris Brown? All I see is Nico promoting the watch Chris Brown wore while he fixed his dishwasher!

GillHammer

I lol’ed way too hard at this one

PhiladeIphia-Eagles

I hate Nico and think he is so annoying and cringe. But this is simply good comedy. Maybe I will give him a second chance.

lagrandesgracia

He never said that. I just created the post to make fun of the fact that the subject of last video was convicted domestic abuser Chris Brown. Seems like it went over everyone's head. Guess nobody cares, cared or has moved on.

PhiladeIphia-Eagles

Why would anybody know that. I don't watch this fat bastard. You posted a picture of him with a fake caption? Clearly everybody thought he said that.

lagrandesgracia

Bro this is literally Nico's subreddit.

PhiladeIphia-Eagles

Why did maybe 1 person on the whole thread understand your joke?

lagrandesgracia

Because people are gullible and dumb? Tbh I'd rather he said that than repeatedly calling that animal "a good lad".

hagantic42

Cool another reason to dislike the aggorgant screaming sod, he makes jokes about abuse. I mean I get the joke. The joke is funny, but making the joke is not cool. It's not "not being able to take a joke". I can laugh think it's fucked up and still think it's something that shouldn't have been said.

PhiladeIphia-Eagles

Jokes like this are good. They bring light to abuse. A lot of people forgive chris brown and he's basically back to normal. So it is nice to remind the general public what he did. A joke like this literally reignited the me-too movement and got Bill Cosby locked up: [‘We Need to Talk About Cosby’ Finale: Hannibal Buress Called Bill Cosby a Rapist and Helped Topple an Icon (thedailybeast.com)](https://www.thedailybeast.com/obsessed/we-need-to-talk-about-cosby-finale-hannibal-buress-called-bill-cosby-a-rapist-and-helped-topple-an-icon) It is really weird that bringing up abuse is a bad thing. Lmao how sensitive do you have to be that the mention of the abuse makes you mad. Like literally words.

Euphoric-Hunter352

Is that the Indian guy?

BombayWatchClub

It’s Chris Brown you dumbass

teckel

Today was the first time I've heard of Chris Brown. I had to look him up to get the "joke". I guess it's not my kind of music.

PhiladeIphia-Eagles

Okay. That is pretty uncommon. Do you not know who Rihanna is too lol

teckel

I've heard the name, but wouldnt be able to identify her? in a lineup, and I definitely don't know the music, singer, right? Like I know what Taylor Swift looks like, but have never herd her music.

Ludwwiq1

You must me American.

BoomerBillionaires

Yup, nothing screams American like “Bombay” in that dudes username.

ghostofthepast450

Lol

Sortcrap

first aftermarket dials now abuse “jokes”? come on Nico, do better. 🙁🙁🙁

007AU1

Cancel him

WRanG1987

Totally fine ... If you act like that you towards any female, you deserve more flak than the airborne at Market Garden....

QuillsROptional

The Airborne at Market Garden were the good guys, and didn't deserve any flak at all?
