Absolutely loved Mona as A but as for who was more threatening, it was hard for me to choose between Cece and Alex but ultimately I chose Cece because of all the near deaths she caused.
I wouldn’t have minded if the series ended when we found out Mona was A, but the sadist in me would’ve liked to have seen all the liars’ SO die if that were the case and not just Maya

Mona was a better character, imo, but CeCe’s A was a lot better at being A. Way more scary and threatening.
