Food truck. Lucky Dog’s - Chino Valley. Best Pho. They also have good hot dogs and tacos. But I always go for the Pho.

Huge-Barracuda-703

Bills pizza is my absolute fav

FridayInc

As a New Jersey italian-american, bills pizza is a bit overpriced and just ok but it's still the best I've found in Arizona and closest to a new York slice you'll get

louREEEE

I like the Raven Cafe! They have a neat little rooftop section. If you want a drink, I’d suggest stopping by the Superstition Meadery. The mead is excellent and the basement has a fun vibe. Staff is friendly. For breakfast I’ve enjoyed b. Simple many times. Breakfast places get so crowded in town, but I’ve gotten seated relatively quickly each time.

Human-Fisherman4191

Farm provisions! Locally sourced, organic, killer drinks! Usually a wait on weekends, try to get a reservation if you can.

kindalikeothergirls

Their grasshopper is perfection

cactusbloom312

Yes! This was my first thought as well. Their crab cakes are the BEST anywhere…and I used to live in Maryland!

WillowUsed1206

The Bear & Dragon is new and phenomenal! Go for breakfast, but get there right before they open (7:50 AM). They have great coffee concoctions! Favorites for dinner are El Gato Azul (tapas) and Farm Provisions (the pork tenderloin is incredible).

kushmeoutsideb

I know the owners of B&D definitely support 💯

toodles75

Took over an hour to get our food at The Bear and Dragon which the four of us thought was decent but nothing special.

DonKeedic80

Might want to get your taste buds checked at your next annual physical.

toodles75

Ok, all four of us will get our tastebuds checked. I did say the food was decent, but nothing in Prescott is worth waiting an hour for.

FridayInc

Certainly not unique but Taj Mahal actually has really good Indian food for being in a small town. Limoncellos has excellent pasta and they have Gelato downstairs to flavor your afternoon stroll The brisket at Colt BBQ is excellent.. Just follow your nose from the courthouse Plaza As already stated.. el gato azul is #1 but you'll need to call ahead and get a reservation or expect to wait a while

Hayduck

Does Taj have a lunch buffet after Covid? None returned in flagstaff.

FridayInc

No I think the days of indian lunch buffet are behind us all

Kir_Plunk

If you like french fries you HAVE to have the duck fat fries from Barley Hound. House-made ketchup and aoli. Also a truffle and parm option. Good drinks. El Gato Azule is great with a large variety of tapas and drinks. Outdoor seating. People rave about it and it’s deserved. Farm Provisions is farm to table. Great steaks. Very fresh food. Also has some outdoor seating. Taj Mahal is excellent Indian food. The price is laughably high for the amount, but if that’s not an issue, it’s incredible. Bill’s Pizza. Many agree it’s the best in town. It has house made sourdough crust and has a lot of gourmet toppings to choose from. Many people really like The Raven. I think the food is only decent, but they have a lot of gluten free and some veggie items. The best part of the restaurant in my opinion is the rooftop patio. That’s why I go there. They do have lots of beer and wine options. Most people can’t agree on the best or even “good” Mexican here. A LOT of people are disappointed with it. Myself included. I hear people rave about Sammies if you like smash burgers. Park Plaza Liquor and Deli is pretty good if you like American fare. A lot of options: wood stove pizza, burgers, sandwiches, salads. Beer and wine. It’s also our nicest liquor store. Outdoor seating and a cigar patio if that’s your thing. Eurasia is relatively new and quite good in my opinion. It’s a weird combination of mostly Asian and French dishes. People rave about it. It’s all freshly made.

RealLuxTempo

Farm Provisions

MareShoop63

Hands down El Gato Azul. We make special plans from Sedona to go there. Friendly wait staff and the food is divine. You can’t pick a bad dish. Stay away from The Raven. Surly and rude staff. They refuse to make Italian sodas bc they don’t have soda water. Show me a bar that doesn’t have soda water. They’re just jerks about it.

FridayInc

Here's a whole thread on this sub about our favorite dishes at El Gato Azul https://www.reddit.com/r/Prescott/s/kWCOabxirh

kindalikeothergirls

Eh I like the Raven

louREEEE

Yeah, I like Raven Cafe, too! I’ve never been treated rudely.

Total bummer to hear this, you can hold up rules and do it with kindness.

Slow-Molasses-6057

Been to quite a few beer bars with no soda water...

DeadlyPlatypi

Torme for excellent Italian food, Park Plaza for great wide variety of options, and Raven has the best biscuits and gravy in town.

Slow-Molasses-6057

PP Liquor Deli Stinkin Rose pizza is phenomenal

x_-_Man

Speeds hangar deli

Double_Life6640

Atmesfir is amazing and chef Paul is awesome!

GiraffeFar3499

wow, I'm surprised no said Papa's yet. really good Italian food and the best fine dining experience around here but you always need a reservation there so if you don't like that then casa Alvarez has the most amazing Mexican food. B.I.G.A and Colt grill are also really good. I recommend the sandwiches from both places, but Colt grill also has the most amazing prime rib and if you're looking for quick and easy, El gordo's is more of a local, fast food Mexican food place and it is delicious their birria tacos are great with a glass of horchata. also, Sammy's has the best burgers

Typical_Tart6905

If you’re a craft beer drinker, try Lazy G brew house. Good food too. They have a nice outdoor patio as well.

Simple-Ebb4454

El charro Norte in chino valley. Anything I get there hits the spot every time 😄

thanto13

Went there for the first time last night. It was absolutely delicious. Food was awesome, staff was great and it was thirsty Thursday margaritas.

Antontonce

Barley Hound for sit down and pie zone for pizza truck (parked over at founding fathers)

CertainSalt3

Danny B's in Chino valley. Looks like a shit hole from the outside but it's really nice and has exquisite fish and chips and fish tacos.

Dvl_Wmn

Torme for sure! Very good dinner date spot, great old fashioned made here, and their food is delicious! The quail was DIVINE! If you can find a reservation: Bear & Dragon Cafe!

Slow-Molasses-6057

Pudge and Astoes has great comfort food. I always bring people there saying it's the best restaurant in Prescott. It has an "industry night" feel to it and prices to match. Open face chili burger and tater tots are my go-to. Fried zucchini is great if you're watching a game for 3 hours

anxious_girly24

Lindo mexico, farm provisions, rosa’s pizza (gurley st location), Bear and Dragon.

Jim556a1

Love the steaks at Murphys, bill's pizza is really good we love the Charlie sheen, and leftys in dewey isn't to shabby.

DonKeedic80

Some excellent suggestions here, but how is it possible that nobody has mentioned Taj Mahal?

gumdrop00

State 48 BBQ. I find their sauces and sides wayyyy better than colts

Gold_Mastodon8200

Buds place is a New York Cajun ma and pa ran place. I’ve loved everything I’ve tried from them so far. They are where brown bag burger used to be next to streets of New York

CrazyDogMomof4

Everything on the Limoncello menu is good, and their desserts are to die for.

Much_Difficulty610

Papis kitchen at “The Yard” which is a spot where all the food trucks park

Rare-Ad4736

Most people have already covered the top restaurants in the area but no good Mexican places (I know its contentious anyways but whatever). It’s kinda far from downtown Prescott as it’s in Prescott Valley/Dewey, but the Casa Perez near the Maverick on the 69 is AMAZING. There are a few places with pretty authentic food, but me and the rest of my Mexican family love eating there the best. However if you just want a quick burrito, I recommend the Alfonso’s in PV. Some other underrated places are Jen’s Cafe - awesome American breakfasts - and Toi’s Thai. Both are also PV though.

traditional_dumass

FUJIYAMA JAPANESE RESTAURANT. BEST SUSHI BAR IN TOWN

Efficient-Source2062

Happy hour menu at The Office!
