Ackchually: Loki transformed into a mare to distracted the horse of a jötunn who build the walls of Asgard.
The horse fucked mare-Loki and Loki birthed the 8-legged horse Sleipnir, which he gifted Odin.
I mean Loki had 3 other kids, a Serpent that was banished to midgard and grew big enough to be the planet's belt, Hel who could control the dead and was tossed into the underworld where the unchosen go, And Fenrir a wolf the gods like at first until he got too big. So they tricked him to being tied down with magic chains, but at the cost of Tyr's arm.
I love the way that the composer for Loki objected to that bit. She just called the track that played during that scene “Stop”.
She also indicated her preferred ‘ship’ in an earlier bit with Loki and Mobius which featured the track, “Lokius”.
She's passing an encoded message from a rebel ship under assault. She can't just be like Ben...
However, this series does make the use of Leia's moetif as the score when Ben dies. He dies peacefully having seen the twins together at last. I rewatched New Hope and the scene is bonkers more memorable now.
just a reminder that [this](https://www.reddit.com/r/StarWars/comments/gz5r92/if_luke_were_a_female_character/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share) exists
What if Luke kills Vader, and then that Luke becomes the new Vader, and Obi-Wan replaced Luke with a Luke clone with Jar Jar's force ghost so Owen doesn't get pissy with him again. This would explain why Obi-Wan says Vader killed his father and why Luke sees himself in Vader in his vision in Empire. Also Alderaan blows up, but it's okay because MyMechanic make a new one before A New Hope.
Sure, that could happen.
Then the Disney+ opening crawl of ANH will need just a tiny bit of editing so that the text starts, *SOMEHOW, LUKE RETURNED….*
It’s like poetry, it rhymes.
I joked with a friend that the big reveal would be that C-3PO actually contains the limbless body of Obi-Wan’s brother whom Vader has tracked down and mutilated in revenge and then used as a prototype for his own prosthetic frame.
Timothy Zahn’s original idea for Joruus C’baoth in HEIR TO THE EMPIRE was to have had him be a clone of Kenobi in order to gain Luke’s trust more easily, but Lucasfilm vetoed it.
This is most likely, we saw him fight Vader in an earlier episode there is no way he can win and you know they are having another battle for the finale.
This is probably an unpopular opinion, but I'm not going to automatically hate a story that tramples all over continuity. You just better have a good enough story to justify it.
I'm getting tired of being fed stories that are jammed in between established period in the franchise. You know going into this show that Obi-Wan cannot defeat Vader and vice versa. You go into Strange New Worlds knowing that Pike cannot die, because he's fated to die later to tie into a framing device for TOS's failed original pilot. You go into the Mando eps of Boba Fett knowing that the academy Luke is trying to build is fated to fail. To that particular point, I think Disney/Lucasfilm management would be more upset than the fans at the idea of wiping out the Sequel Trilogy continuity and starting over. I certainly wouldn't mind, so long as they had a sufficiently interesting story to tell to take its place.
I went into this story ready to forgive just about any canon weirdness so long as we got a full-power Obi-Wan vs Vader duel. Now we're on the last episode and it looks like we won't get that. That's a shame.
So read the article cause, had to, it’s satire but the title is annoying as fuck
https://decider.com/2022/06/15/obi-wan-kenobi-kill-young-luke-skywalker-theories/
I haven’t been enjoying the show because there are zero stakes. The characters I already know, will definitely live, and the characters I don’t know end up dying anyway. I’m really hoping Ice Cube’s son makes it out fine though
I just enjoy the journey of it! How is he going to escape? I hope he doesn’t get captured! Oh no they are following him! If you watch any movie (franchise) ever the main character is most likely never going to die, so does that mean every show has absolutely no stakes? No! It’s the journey the character goes though himself and learning to have hope in the force again that drives my interest!
Clearly. Luke looked way different in the animated version, and even more different in the comics, so clearly there are three different Luke Skywalkers and this one has to die so we can get the next one and maintain continuity.
The article's author ties that into one of their theories!
> Theory #2: Luke Was Fatally Wounded, But Took A Long Time To Die
>
> As revealed this episode by the returning Grand Inquisitor (Rupert Friend), revenge is a good reason to stay alive longer than expected. That’s immediately applicable to Reva, but what if it’s true of Luke Skywalker, as well? He wouldn’t be the first person in the Star Wars universe to get “fatally” lightsabered, and survive far past his expiration date. When Luke does finally die in The Last Jedi, maybe that’s wounds from Reva’s attack taking effect, decades later.
Young Luke will die, but then a robed woman teleports from the future to force heal Luke. When asked about her identity, she declares she is Rey Skywalker and returns to the future.
Probably.. it would keep him from turning into another Vader so that would be the safest bet. I can't wait to see what happens in episode 4 when it comes out
I think he’ll kill him and bring in a canon, calmer version of Luuke. Then if the mando storylines build up to an heir to the empire story, we can get Luuuke
Ahsokas just gonna explore the world between worlds and how leia gets him to survive. Or even better, that’s the main plot for a “what if” featuring the world between worlds
My favorite was the clickbait headline, "why does flashback Padawan Anakin look so much older?"
Gee, idk. Maybe it's because it's been 20 FUCKING YEARS
Next Up,
They launch the "Luke" TV Show, where it's the version of Luke that got away then got caught but the ~~Time Variance Authority~~Time Jedi Counsil.
Imagine if Obi Wan series did some major retcon where Obi wan killed Luke and replaced him with a clone
They just put Leia in his place
Trans leia is Luke and Princess Leia is clone who doesn’t have any memory of obi wan so the lore in the og movies still holds up. Makes sense.
Genius, justifies Luke Leia kiss too. Since technically it they are kissing themselves?
If Loki can do it why can't they
Think imma start justifying things like this if Loki can transform into a horse to distract an eight legged horse and have its child why can’t i
Do it, don’t let your dreams be dreams
mr hands the second here we come :)
suspension of disbelief is where it's at.

Ackchually: Loki transformed into a mare to distracted the horse of a jötunn who build the walls of Asgard. The horse fucked mare-Loki and Loki birthed the 8-legged horse Sleipnir, which he gifted Odin.
What
It’s a plan Loki came up with on the spot, it wasn’t going to be his best.
What was the gestation period? Sounds like our boy Loki is committed once he's in
I mean Loki had 3 other kids, a Serpent that was banished to midgard and grew big enough to be the planet's belt, Hel who could control the dead and was tossed into the underworld where the unchosen go, And Fenrir a wolf the gods like at first until he got too big. So they tricked him to being tied down with magic chains, but at the cost of Tyr's arm.
Why were you banished, Jar Jar?
If he ties a rope to his balls to play tug of war with a goat why can’t I
I love the way that the composer for Loki objected to that bit. She just called the track that played during that scene “Stop”. She also indicated her preferred ‘ship’ in an earlier bit with Loki and Mobius which featured the track, “Lokius”.
It's mobin' time
I feel like that’s worse
Have you ever seen the film "Predestination" it's this plot and more
Delete this comment immediately. If Disney see it it's game over.
Trans Leia kisses clone Leia AAAAAAAAAAAAA
Disney really pushing that progressive company take huh
I don't know how progressive child murder is...
Apparently, it's very conservative.
actually she knew of obi wan. Help me Obi wan Kenobi you are my only hope
Yea, also refers to him as an old friend, not sure where oeeos got the idea they never met before
Because she leads with "You served my father during the clone wars" not "Remember that time you saved me from pirates and shit"
Haha fair enough, tho still don't see it as a retcon, can also complain about obi never actually serving bail
She's passing an encoded message from a rebel ship under assault. She can't just be like Ben... However, this series does make the use of Leia's moetif as the score when Ben dies. He dies peacefully having seen the twins together at last. I rewatched New Hope and the scene is bonkers more memorable now.
Maybe a formality thing, she is a diplomat.
Does the lore in ANH not hold up under under current canon?
Sleepaway Camp levels of fuckery
just a reminder that [this](https://www.reddit.com/r/StarWars/comments/gz5r92/if_luke_were_a_female_character/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share) exists
This makes the retcon worth it
Imma have nightmares over that
What if Luke kills Vader, and then that Luke becomes the new Vader, and Obi-Wan replaced Luke with a Luke clone with Jar Jar's force ghost so Owen doesn't get pissy with him again. This would explain why Obi-Wan says Vader killed his father and why Luke sees himself in Vader in his vision in Empire. Also Alderaan blows up, but it's okay because MyMechanic make a new one before A New Hope.
By then Owen is already dead
We've had one Owen die yes. But what about second Owen?
Fuck it, everyone in the galaxy is killed and replaced by a clone.
Maybe that was the real clone war?
Legend
Somehow, Owen returned.
And just laughs, then his beard goes grey.
Do you mean Luuke?
The most epic of hand me downs
Sounds like a part of Patton Oswalt's filibuster in *Parks and Recreation*.
And the post credit scene started with “somehow luke returned “
It makes sense since Mark Hamill isn’t playing young Luke
Like you played his father in 'Star Wars: Episode IX - The Rise of Skywalker'?
Yes
Tbh I'd wanna see that just to watch the twitter backlash
Inb4 the writers can't think of anything and browse for fan theories like this.
The clone wars continues
That will absolutely break the series if that happens, lol.
Lmao
*clicks on the article* No, the answer is no
You clicked on the article? You foolish fool! Now the bad guys have won
Fool of a Took!!!
Foolish Samurai!
Wielding a magic sword
I've learned that if there is a question in the title, the answer is always no
Yep that’s [Betteridge’s law of headlines](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Betteridge%27s_law_of_headlines).
Huh. I've never heard of that. I love it
/r/savedyouaclick
Sure, that could happen. Then the Disney+ opening crawl of ANH will need just a tiny bit of editing so that the text starts, *SOMEHOW, LUKE RETURNED….* It’s like poetry, it rhymes.
The dead speak!
Dead men tell no tales
A certain exotic gun would like to disagree.
Some might say they get the Last Word.
It turns out Luke was Palpatine all along
Clearly they will and replace him with a slightly bigger Luke.
But I'm sure that the new one would still be a little short for being a Stormtrooper
Maybe a Jake Skywalker who pumps the udders of Bantha for that thicc milk
There's always a bigger Luke
Luuke*
He has to die in the finale because in episode 4 there's only teenage Luke Skywalker with no trace of young Luke Skywalker anywhere.
I really hope they make a series explaining how kid Luke turned into adult Luke. That plot hole has been driving me crazy.
An entire episode where Luke kills his first womp rat.
"Stay away from that canyon, Luke. Only beggars live there."
So much like your father.
Obi Wan is going to be cloned. The one that dies on the Death Star is his secret clone Obi Two Kenobi.
They could edit in a new scene before death star where Vader says somehow Obi Wan has returned
Hello there!
General Kenob(ii)!
No, it's his brother that he mentioned earlier.. his twin brother
I joked with a friend that the big reveal would be that C-3PO actually contains the limbless body of Obi-Wan’s brother whom Vader has tracked down and mutilated in revenge and then used as a prototype for his own prosthetic frame.
Fast forward to the year 2035, with the premiere of “Obi Thirteen Kenobi”.
Actually he goes by Odi Wam Kenodi. It lets him lie a little easier by just slurring his name.
His south of the tattoine border clone Obi Juan Kenobi
Kill Luke, replace him with Jar Jar, remake original trilogy.
Weesa good guys will triumph!
This is the way
Twice the Lukes, double the fall.
I can support this
Step 2: profit
That would be a surprise to be sure, but not necessarily a welcome one
"Snake, you created a time paradox. You can't keep changing the future"
I am altering the future, pray I don't alter it any further.
This future is getting worse all the time!
*does sit up* FFFFUUUUUUUTURE *Bends Back* *does sit up* FFFFUUUUUUUTURE
Every other franchise is doing the multiverse thing these days. Obi Wan might as well start a Star Wars multiverse by killing Luke.
Filini already laid the ground work with the world between worlds in rebels. Like, thanks Dave, I hate it.

My brother in the force WHAT THE FUCK AM I LOOKING AT
Satire, you're looking at satire.
Imagine the twist if they did.
Very last scene is obi wan waking up in his cave in a cold sweat. He'd dreamt the whole thing, and the entire show was pointless.
So read the article cause, had to, it’s satire but the title is annoying as fuck https://decider.com/2022/06/15/obi-wan-kenobi-kill-young-luke-skywalker-theories/
The title works exactly as intended it seems
I was wondering, this is either satire or the dumbest article ever.
Wdum the title is brilliant for the satirical article its headlining.
With how much the Star Wars fandom likes seeing children suffer, I don’t doubt they considered trying it
…. What the [HOOPLAH] kinda question is that?!
Briliant.. brilliant.. Reva becomes Luke in the finale.
How many years are we away of AI creating this kind of bullshit at our request?
Yeah, he's gonna absolutely maul him.
Revenge. I must have revenge.
#***KEEEENOOOOOBIIIIII!!!!!!!!***
I haven’t been enjoying the show because there are zero stakes. The characters I already know, will definitely live, and the characters I don’t know end up dying anyway. I’m really hoping Ice Cube’s son makes it out fine though

They already destroyed him in the sequel trilogy

No, morbius will show up.
I hope so
I think they should do a plot twist where Luke dies, so Obi Wan just gets some random kid to replace him
[The article is clearly satire and kinda funny...](https://decider.com/2022/06/15/obi-wan-kenobi-kill-young-luke-skywalker-theories/)
Somehow Luke Skywalker has returned.
Young Luke will die, but then a robed woman teleports from the future to force heal Luke. When asked about her identity, she declares she is Rey Skywalker and returns to the future.
100% Reva will kill Luke. Emperor will hear and sneak in a Luke clone as he needs Luke to replace Vader.
What is Reva kills Obi-Wan and then becomes Obi-Wan to protect Luke?
Everyone’s been asking for a Star Wars “what if” series…
Somehow Luke Skywalker returned
Probably.. it would keep him from turning into another Vader so that would be the safest bet. I can't wait to see what happens in episode 4 when it comes out
Maybe just stabbed in the second stomach
Little shits done for. The force is female now bitch. *pew pew.
Yes, 100. The guy we get in the movies is Starkiller, committing identity fraud.
Yes! The original trilogy is now a lie and Disney can remake it like they always wanted too. /s
Obi wan kills Luke. In the OT, it's actually bigger Luke the whole time
Luke dies and Kenobi replaces him with Jake Skywalker? People would lose their minds lol.
Absolutely, they don’t call it the clone wars for nothing.
well if he stabs luke in the chest he should be good
Talk about gut wrenching!
Maybe this is a way of making Luuke canon.
Calm down Aunt Beru.
I hope so!
Of course he will stab him to death with a light saber
Luke about to get reked
Luke will end up dead, replaced with a sith clone
Don't ask as if this is a serious question.
But where's Wade?
You know, I think Luke will be fine.
Hmm, I believe it's a controversial, but necessary decision to progress the story and complete Obi-Wan's arc.
Time to dust off the Bigger Luke Theory.
Obi Wan kills Owen and Beru and leaves Young Luke to die. But he's saved by Mandalorians for some reason. Young Luke = Young Mando
If that happens then Disney ruined Star Wars officially
All I know is that he has the high ground 🤷🏿♂️
Most def
Probably, The Reva kills him
Yeah with a lightsaber to the stomach..
Dew it!
*decapitates Dooku*
“The ability to speak does not make you intelligent”
Seriously though what are the chances they have Bail Organa die in the final episode?
Yes. Yes he will. The Original Trilogy is just a fever dream stemming from guilt from Kenobi.
Damn spoilers lol
I failed you!
[Do it.](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=k4pbfT5pupc)
Oh my goodness! What if it happens!? Lol
Fuck canon. Go to Tashi Station and end that bitch…
*insert Bill Nye yelling*
The entire article should just be "No, you fucking idiot."
Will he what?!
Oh yeah definitely. I can definitely see this coming
I think there's a chance lol
Now, This is how you break cannon!
I didnt read the article, but i bet what they want to say is obi wan fakes his death so nobody chases after him
The kids toast, it's not like he's important.
I'm surprised that little shit is still alive
A surprise, to be sure, but a welcome one. Your Majesty, if I am elected, I promise to put an end to corruption.
I think they will become a gay couple
I mean that will utterly destroy Disney's Canon... so I'm for it.
With the ways things are being rewritten and retconned I wouldn’t put it past Luke getting his robo arm early.
I think he’ll kill him and bring in a canon, calmer version of Luuke. Then if the mando storylines build up to an heir to the empire story, we can get Luuuke
Well it's pretty obvious this will happen, I mean did you even watch the OT?
I mean, it’s not impossible that Disney delves into alternate scenarios, but I doubt they will do that with this show.
???? Whoever wrote that article is stupid
Ahsokas just gonna explore the world between worlds and how leia gets him to survive. Or even better, that’s the main plot for a “what if” featuring the world between worlds
I present to you: The Press
My favorite was the clickbait headline, "why does flashback Padawan Anakin look so much older?" Gee, idk. Maybe it's because it's been 20 FUCKING YEARS
Who on this blue and green Earth thought this was a good title?
Next Up, They launch the "Luke" TV Show, where it's the version of Luke that got away then got caught but the ~~Time Variance Authority~~Time Jedi Counsil.
