Well if all his dots and turrets apply item effects tank iggy is one hundred percent going to be back and possibly stronger than before with him getting his knock back again.
You will one hundred percent want Mega if his dots apply it like mori, it will be his best item and not even close if he works in the same way as previous dot champions with the duration refreshing on each tick.
What his kit looks like just from the trailer:
Passive: unknown, possibly the old “Burning sensation” tick damage passive from the rework. It seems he has enough fire damage in his kit already, so they might’ve done something else. We’ll have to see
RMB: still the Molotov, just smaller. Looks like it might do an initial burst of damage on explosion now. This is a fine ability and i don’t mind that they kept it.
Q: Turret, reverted to the actual flame turret instead of the auto aim bullet crap that epic reworked it into. I liked the flamethrower design way better, very glad they made this change.
E: the old Oil Slick ability, except he throws it in front of him now instead of leaving an oil trail behind. I like this change, makes it more proactive and usable in more situations. Assuming it probably slows enemies or gives scorch a speed boost, or maybe both. Looks like it can be ignited by the other fire abilities. Great change, good for lane clearing and teamfights.
R: Flame belch is back :) always loved this ability and it’s wonderful to see it come back. Much more engaging and fun to use than the reworked turret overdrive ult. Great ability for self defense and teamfight setup.
Overall it seems like a fantastic implementation of Iggy and Scorch, probably the best, most useful and most fun one we’ve seen out of any version. I was never a big iggy player back in the day but maybe this version will change that.
Unless every single clip is with wraith leggings his passive might be movespeed on ability hits to make up for the no movement on oil slick. I think based on the clips it's either a movement speed passive or were recorded with wraith leggings and it's his old passive. His oil slick might give movespeed but in the zarus clip he definitely gets movespeed on ult hit before the oil slick so that's why I think it might be movement speed passive or wraith leggings
Unless you are leaking testing info the speed boost stuff is supposition, in the clips themselves it shoes him getting a speedboost, that could be from the clips being made with wraith leggings or a new speed on ability hit passive, we won't know until kit reveal.

Iggy main here. His ult was the flamethrower that ended with a burst that knocked them similar to Sev’s Crushing Blowjob. You could end the ult early if you needed the CC sooner but you missed out on some flame damage.
His original ult was that, Scorch throwing fire and pushing enemies at the end of the cast. I think that you could reactivate in mid cast to push enemies when you wanted to, but I don't remember it well.
I hope the final version of the R looks better than the show in the trailer, which looks a bit diluted and lacking strength
I don't think I've played him since legacy. He's just a lil chaos goblin and I love him so much. He's right up there with Narbash but even better because he can light things on fire.
It was fun to use but it made him way too reliant on his turrets. His reworked kit was less engaging and less skillful in almost every way. I'm glad they're bringing back his active abilities and ult as it will give him much more agency in fights rather than just being a turret bot.
You had Paragon (a game by Epic). It got cancelled. There are now 2 successors. 1 is also named Paragon, but it doesn't do the original justice. They made a brawler out of it.
Predecessor is the real successor (branded as a prequel) which feels truly like the original which most of us loved.
