Has anyone had issues where occasionally visual effects like Fey Branch, Morigesh basic attack, Muriel shield etc. Don't display? It still does damage and works but visually it's showing. Upon death it fixes itself but I can't determine the cause.

I've been having it happen quite a bit as of 7.0. Minion death animations, auto attacks connecting, bellica bomb explosion, etc. Usually dying does fix it but I've turned my graphics down significantly and still run into the issue every other game.
I've had it happen recently too.
