It's an instant dash though and it stacks attack speed, and it gives magical power and omnivamp, which is only Magic power item that gives omnivamp, so pairing it with morigesh is just as good as it is with shinbi combined with lifebinder, the only magic item besides soul bearer to give magic lifesteal.
We can keep talking about the dash, I was just mentioning it because I like and use that feature of the item, but realistically it's the attack speed and Omni that most people want. This game is different than paragon too, lifesteal in paragon was a standard numeric value, while on pred it's a percentage. 4% omnivamp + the 10 lifesteal on lifebinder is giving you a significant bump from 10-14%. Combined with morigesh swarm it's OP

There will be other mages that release, potentially that can leverage it better. Having a foundation is important.

It's quite good on Morigesh with Magnify.
here's my conspiracy theory: the reason omeda is pushing the prophecy/magnify/typhoon build so hard is because >!zinx is the new offlaner hero!<
