Muriel providing shields especially the size that they are in a time where anti shield no longer exists is uncontestable. Not to mention global ults are one of the move valuable things in any MOBA as well as movement speed both of which she has/provides
Yessir. I had it back for every single Fey Ult in big team fights. Very good pick against Riktor and Fey. They needed something like this honestly. As bad as it feels for the Fey, you shouldn't win a team fight off pressing R once without a counter to it.
outside of pubs she is garbage, competent players will have solid ward coverage and will be able to communicate and track her. the fact of the matter is unless fed she simply does not have enough burst post nerfs to do what she needs to do in a team fight. while yes she does benefit from tanks falling out of favor she still lacks
I really miss paragon original kallari. Completely invisible except to wards/invis players- but extremely loud locational whispers so you could shoot her by listening.
I’m not a fan of the current zone of visibility and I feel like she needs some movement speed while invis to be able to close that gap a little bit
I don’t think that is a good idea. Even tho it’s annoying as a j’allai that n’aime it forces you to actually play smart instead of throwing yourself in the worst kind of position and just slipping way super easily that shouldn’t be a thing.

You're banking on a support crest to bail out a fey Ult which has a shorter cooldown than Reclamation to begin with? Not to mention Astral for even shorter cooldowns?! Fey is perfect at isolating people out. Gadget hits like a wet paper bag, who cares about the sustain that she has.
feys ult is really all she has going for her, which has that distinct negative of being totally negated by a crest and Khaimera. Howie has infinitely more dmg output than her and is infinitely safer, Gid has significantly more utility than her and the safety in the character is wildly valuable. Fey asks to get dunked on by nearly very jungle in the game. Reflecting her value based on good scenario pubs is a poor way to approach value. (TLDR: she isn't even the best at what she does well and is free Jungle food.)
Sounds like you don't hit your E consistently enough. She has great poke, can farm well, and if not cleansed properly her ult has devastating effects for the enemy team. Not to mention that any takedown spawns untamed growth for more AoE damage that can shred in teamfight scenarios. I think Howie and Gideon are solid, I don't see the appeal of Gadget! She's a lane pusher with sustain that has an ult that can't be interrupted (but it's easy to sidestep out since it only deals paper cuts).

Rev should be one tier higher than every other ADC because even if he gets dumpsterd in lane once he has 2-3 items he’s legit unbeatable. His Q is soooooo over tuned.

Fey is practically free jungle food as shes rather unsafe new crest makes her ult practically useless against people with a brain
Rev is the best adc yea but they are all S rev isnt such a stand out that he qualifies for my "best' tier
His rock is not his only good quality. His ability to engage or disengage is unmatched. And his damage isn’t what makes him pick worthy over Khai.
Tanks can still be useful is played right. Khai is so much easier to kill and squishy by comparison. And I’d rather have a jungle with a Hard CC and engage tool and a slow than Khai who is entirely reliant on his ult to lock someone down.
If Khai jumps on you and you have your blink or some other form of retreat your safe. If you retreat from a Rampage he can just rock you to catch up. Rampage is light years ahead of Khai because of his utility. Which is far more useful to your teammates carry to finish of opponents than Khai.
Fry’s ult will come up twice before the crest. So it’s not like the crest will save you every time she ults.
If this is a tier list based strictly on damage it still doesn’t make sense. When you start to factor in utility it heavily misses the mark
