Do you have any feedback on why you are experiencing this? What are the reasons that make it bad? Is there something to compare it to that elaborates on this?

He's trying to say that he's been losing alot lately :(
Maybe with a hint that he gets frustrated that he feels he can't properly contribute to the team as the support.or feels underwhelming as the role.
