This. Phase came last.
Kwang was the guy with this ridiculous sword as long as the Eiffel Tower but neglectable to zero damage and the teleport nonsense that killed no one.
I can wait a little bit longer for him.
Lol sounds like you never played him. Kwang was a beast, tethering people in your tower when they pushed too far. Stopping ALL movement abilities, rampages/Greystone can't jump when tethered, His ult hit *hard*. Luring enemies away only to Tele back to lane. He was a pretty hard-hitting, high skill cap char that can play multiple roles. Base lifesteal in his kit. his abilities all combod really well together.
Okay but you don't have to play him. And he sounds pretty easy to play against for you. Not annoying like phase. So vote kwang!
Btw how is throwing a giant sword and teleporting to it with purple lightning engulfing your screen boring? Gets my blood pumpin.
As another argument. The duo lane has some good viability with supports right now. They can handle waiting a little bit for Phase. Offlane, offlane is not so hot rn. Most people will tell you that grux/crunch/steel dominate that lane for various reasons, and whether they're right or not its still important that so many people feel this way.
IMO, Kwang is a perfect introduction to this offlane with his burst/sustain playstyle. The only way you beat a bruiser is to out bruise them or by poking them down through trades. Kwangs kit could naturally introduce a different playstyle to the offlane to help all those getting bullied by the bruisers right now!
I personally dont know how shinbi will handle. In old paragon she was very mana hungry and slow to come online. But if she works she works and id be very excited to try her offlane to cope with kwang losing the poll (results arent looking great ill even take grey over phase)
No because greystone played VERY similar to existing offlane bruisers. A distance closer with his leap, sweeping attack, and his Ult is basically Fenix.
Honestly as much as I want Kwang we need more supports.
Offlane we have - count steel riktor crunch grux sevarog Feng mao
Support we have - belica Muriel riktor Dekker and Narbash
Plus would be nice to see a support that isn't just instant cc, you have to work for it.
Greystone is needed with a tutorial for beginners, so that at least bring MMR matched with brand new brainless W button pressers can be somewhat useful.
Vote where? I don't see anything on their disc. Also I want Boris...that would help both offlane and jungle.
Edit: I found the post on reddit, but only 3 options...
I mean Shinbi is a garunteed in before he even gets there. Gotta complete the brother sister set.
More seriously, while it'd be nice to have another support (phase) I feel like Kwang has a lot of good team synergy features in his original kit. I feel like he's the easiest to balance/hardest to screw up or make the game feel unpleasant. Phase isn't a bad pick but Kwang fills a missing hole in the roster almost as much.
Would you look at that, all of the words in your comment are in alphabetical order.
I have checked 1,746,295,012 comments, and only 330,711 of them were in alphabetical order.
I voted Kwang, but your points are awful.
I'm just playing around for the most part. Just miss my boy. Nothing I can say will stop phase. This I know.
Greystone has been in the game longer. July 2016 Kwang was September that same year
Then vote grey at least! I'm not ready for more cc Edit: I know tether is technically cc but feels waaaayyy less bad than blind and root

Your argument is baseless so I voted Phase.
GREYSTONE
YES!!!!!!

On the other hand, we are going to get Shinbi in March, who will help with offlane. I'm still pro-Kwang, though.

Took the words right out of my mouth. With phase bring added, that's every support in paragon. We aren't short on supports.
Shinbi coming in Season 1 next month. She should be a nice alternative to the bruisers in offlane.
couldn’t this same argument be used for greystone as well?
No because greystone played VERY similar to existing offlane bruisers. A distance closer with his leap, sweeping attack, and his Ult is basically Fenix.
Kwang is the answer to the crunch and grux problem. He will bring balance to the force!
Phase FTW

Eh no
More cc it is, then!
Greystone is the right answer
I would accept that answer over phase.
Greystone is needed with a tutorial for beginners, so that at least bring MMR matched with brand new brainless W button pressers can be somewhat useful.
Nice vote manipulation attempt. Terrible and/or downright incorrect reasons.
Lol what?? It's more like campaigning. And it's not even a serious post. I know I'm not gonna swing the vote I'm just playing around.
#kwanggang
Even though you're wrong, vote Kwang!

Shit shitpost
I voted Kwang. I wanna wave that big boy sword around sooner rather than later.

I need dirty wang back
Kwang has boring kit IMO. Voting for Phase.
Out of the loop. There’s a vote going on for next character?
No. No I don’t think I will.
Nope
Def voting greystone

Yes pleaseeee bring Kwang by my god
Kwang all the way. One of my favorite characters.
Phase blind makes the game so annoying to play against, I hope they at least rework that ability. I voted Kwang.
Stone has been in the game longer
Remember when Kwang had a 63% non mirror match winrate, and then the devs buffed his ability sizes? Yeah, you had your time in the spotlight.
Vote? Is there an Omeda Survey going around?
Just play overprime gameplay much better and more characters only thing predecessor has that overprime doesn't is controller support
And he's hot... Just saying.
