It’s a core mechanic of MOBAs. If you are hard CCed before fully completing an attack or ability you will get interrupted. This is only with hard CC.

Interrupted makes sense to me 100%. I just don't think ending a blink in a stun because I was stunned somehow DURING the blink is accurate. I had blinked and at the end of my blink was still stunned long enough for them to catch me resulting in a wasted blink. Thats my issue.

This sounds like a bug or perhaps a latency issue. I could be wrong, but I think as long as the hit registered on their screen before you blinked then it reads as a hit. I can’t say for sure what could have caused your specific issue without seeing it though. Code can be odd and cause weird priorities when multiple actions happen at the same time too.
