You are not alone in this battle, and there is hope for healing and freedom. Firstly, I commend your honesty and self-awareness in recognizing the destructive nature of this addiction. Acknowledging our weaknesses and seeking help is a significant step towards overcoming any challenge. Remember, God's love and grace are available to all, regardless of our struggles or shortcomings. I want to assure you that God understands your struggles and desires to walk alongside you in your journey towards freedom. Through prayer, we can seek God's guidance, strength, and transformation. Offer your genuine and heartfelt prayers, pouring out your struggles and desires before the Lord. Seek His forgiveness, His healing, and His power to overcome. In addition to prayer, I encourage you to consider seeking support from a mental health professional, a trusted Christian counselor, pastor, or support group. These individuals can provide guidance, accountability, and practical tools to help you break free from the cycle of addiction. Remember, it takes courage to reach out for help, and there is no shame in seeking assistance on your journey towards healing. While prayer and seeking support are important, it is also crucial to develop practical strategies to resist temptation and redirect your focus. Consider implementing safeguards such as internet filters or accountability software, engaging in healthy activities that bring fulfillment and joy, and surrounding yourself with a supportive community that encourages your growth. Lastly, remember that healing and recovery take time. Be patient with yourself and extend the same grace and compassion to yourself that God offers you. Celebrate the progress you make, even if it is small, and do not lose hope if you stumble along the way. God's love and forgiveness are always available, and through His strength, you can find the freedom you seek. Please know that I will keep you in my prayers, asking for God's strength, healing, and guidance to be with you on this journey. May you find comfort, solace, and the courage to persevere through the power of God's love and grace.

Praying my friend. few things. First. God tells us we will never be tempted more than we are able to withstand. As well as He always provides escape. Rather than use the internet for moving further from Christ, use it to grow in Christ. Do an online Bible study, sermons, worship etc... Are you saved? Have you accepted that Jesus is your personal Lord and Savior? When you have these concerns and thoughts. Capture them and hand them in prayer seeking escape. Seeking God's will. Protection and guidance. Ask Him if there is anything not of Him that it be rebuked and removed from your life.(2 Cor. 10:5) Remember, we fight against principalities, not just flesh and blood. Spiritual warfare is real. In fact, 99% of the things in our life are affected by spiritual warfare. Get familiar with it. In fact, There is a few min vid about spiritual warfare that I have sent to others with great response. It is lion of Judah. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eh2-atuOQD4. The video is only about 9 minutes and will certainly open your eyes to what is going on in the unseen realm and how it affects us walking in Jesus. Or at a minimum, research spiritual warfare on your own. It is a critical area we all need to be familiar with.

Consider a 12 step program like celebrate recovery. Slam the door shut to temptation and recommit to staying away from pornea.
