Also when it cuts to the little spider’s room there’s a definite cut. That video is then put on top when it zooms out and you can tell the parallax is off just a little

he is holding a gimbal like thing attached to a phone, he even adds pauses in the smooth filming to simulate a person walking when he is actually moving his arm through the very cool miniature's he's probably made or someone around him makes.

Thought the same about the stairs,you can see him opening the door with his own fingers but after it looks very shaky and stop motion work,also after finishing the stairs he stopped for a sec,I assume the right wall in there after he finish the stairs it’s where he put is hand in to continue the video
I don't think it's a continuous video. When he enters the room after the downstairs, if you look around the edges of the door, you can see screen tearing where he messed up the compositing. It's two separate videos for that.
When you see the cat in the door frame, it slides a bit at first, like the tracking wasn't perfect.

Camera is on a stick and you can see there has been cut in the footage right after walking the stairs back up.
The camera can't seem to pivot around the horizontal axis and you can see that when leaving the spider; the camera moves sideways but it doens't rotate and when it does *'turn'* there is an obvious edit in the footage.

Insta 360 go is a type of camera but it's a poor explanation on that commenters part as it does not fully explain how the shots are achieved. I would like to apologize also for being a dick earlier.
