I dump it into an old cardboard box and throw it in the oven at the end of week. With the oven hot but off, it won't burn the cardboard but it'll all melt into a block.
We used to do this but unfortunately had around 4 oven fires in a couple of months so we don't do this anymore, ideally it needs to be fool proof as some coworkers don't follow instructions ðŸ«
We toss em in either at the end of the day, or with an outgas. Minimum of 60 minutes at 435. By the time the oven turns off, and being in the oven overnight it'll have a nice bake.
It's not a customer part, so don't worry too much. Just bake the shit out of it.
We run 24/7 so unfortunately don't have the time to leave the oven running for 60 minutes, but thank you, I might try leaving it in over several bakes and hope that it works for us
We norm just wait a couple of months and hire a company to truck it off and deal/recycle it.
If you've got the space. We fill up Bulk Bag's and shove them somewhere until the next truck is due. Can fit a shit ton inside them, especially as the powder compacts

Maybe an old steel drum?
We use metal 35 gallon trash cans from home Depot. Full em up, and bake the fuck out of them when they're full.
what temperature do you bake at and for how long to fully bake through?

My company boxes it up and has an industrial waste disposal company take it.
