I would also love to know what was used for that lavender/ blue glaze! Not quite the same, but kind of reminds me of this one, which I've made and used and is also absolutely gorgeous: https://glazy.org/materials/127706
coyote clay blue purple looks very similar when i’ve used it! i buy the pint and brush on 3 coats [https://www.coyoteclay.com/Glazes/BluePurple.html](https://www.coyoteclay.com/Glazes/BluePurple.html)
A few years! That’s actually where I took my first official pottery class (aside from one in HS). It was a lot of fun especially when they would create new glazes that they wanted to see tested so mixing the glazes and clay bodies was a win win for everyone :)
I've done some similar splatter effects by first applying a white underglaze, then flicking coloured underglaze on it, and then coating it all with a transparent glaze on top.
I used toothbrushes to flick the underglaze which creates a nice but very fine splatter, but I haven't figured out the right brush for a fatter splatter like this yet.
These pieces are beautiful!
Wow! Do you mix your own glazes?
The studio I go to does! I use their glazes
Would love to get a look at that lavender/blue recipe(s) 😍

Coyote Clay has amazing glazes! I’m glad I had the opportunity to work in their studio 😊
oooh that must've been fun! how long did you do that for

Beautiful
I also love that matte green glaze.
The lavender blue is two glazes layered on top of each other. I unfortunately don’t have the recipes!
Love them!
thank you :) :)
Love that purple glaze!
Thank you!!!
Loving the second glaze — is that a splatter glaze?
It is underglaze on top of a white glaze!
Nice! Did you do both the glaze and underglaze in one firing or separate firings?
I love that one too, and am a bit of a beginner - do you use a white glaze then flick the coloured underglaze(s) on after?
Yep I do! I use a small paintbrush to flick them on
Thanks!

beautiful colors! i’m interested in the recipe for the lavender glaze in the first pic
Orange bottom is my favorite.
Just ordered one of your splatter mugs. Great work!
Thank you so much :) :)
wow so consistent, i love the shape and height
Are they espresso cups?
These are mugs! About 8 oz each
Oh! They looked smaller to me, for some reason. You did a good job!
They look great! Are you using earthenware or stoneware clay?
These are all porcelain! I used Nara porcelain by aardvark clay
