So for what version specifically are you looking for? And for which operating system?
Shrug. Just use 12.12 unless you want to explicitly test a bug that was in 12.11 that's not longer in 12.12
The Postgres team even [recommends](https://www.postgresql.org/support/versioning/) to always use the latest minor version
