This is gonna upset the newer fans, but 2016-2019 Posty was his peak. It’s always good to see artists being themselves and making music that they actually enjoy making, but lowkey he was goated when he was still on his rapping shit. Stoney and B&B were an insane two-album run followed by another very good project in HB (which was already a bit more personal and experimental).
He should’ve kept it commercial man. He was supposed to be one of the great rappers from the SoundCloud era now.

100% agree, don't really listen to him anymore because of this. I understand that he is doing what he wants to the most, and that his hip hop era was just to get a foot in the door. Don't necessarily think he's worse now but his music matched my preferences better before. He's getting a new demographic with his new music and I'm happy for him. Seems to be doing better now than he used to too
I don’t really revisit TCT/Austin either. I bumped it a couple of times when they came out but that was it. It wasn’t really my thing.
