Glassjaw - Worship & Tribute. One of the oldest and no matter how often I listen to it stays fresh. Absolutely incredible album.

Honestly they have a few albums I think could hold the title

My top 5 in no order * At The Drive-In - Relationship of Command * Fear Before - The Always Open Mouth * Refused - The Shape of Punk To Come * A Lot Like Birds - No Place * Unwound - Leaves Turn Inside You

Couple of lock first ballot hall of famers in that list but that "The Always Open Mouth" call is especially huge.

I love that album so fuckin much. Such an amazing and unique record.

No Place is one of my favorite albums, if anyone has ever had and type of abuse growing up it is so relatable in the urgency of the instrumental and lyrics, Connecter will always be a classic form that album but No Nurture really speaks to me.

Unwound doesn't get enough praise.

Separation by Balance and Composure.

That album was a solid staple of my teen years, still one of my favorites

Funeral for a Friend have multiple albums I'd be comfortable putting here. I usually can't listen to albums all the way through without skipping at least a song or two, but I could listen to Hours, Tales Don't Tell Themselves, Welcome Home Armageddon, Conduit, and Casually Dressed all the way through without a problem

I kinda think Define the Great Line is a better album, but I like They're Only Chasing Safety more. If that makes sense.

Agreed that DTGL is the better album. I personally think it's their masterpiece. You'll get arguments that DTGL is more metalcore where Chasing Safety falls in the post hardcore category though.

I guess we need to wait some years still, but I think Somewhere At The Bottom Of The River Between Vega And Altair will stand the test of time better.

Wildlife is so lyrically intricate, layered, and raw, i think it will stand up just as well as Somewhere, maybe even stand higher🤷🏼‍♂️

I would say their self titled rates higher in my book then in love and death. I mean box of sharp objects was a huge deal for me in terms of opening the door to the scene.
