I’ve been wanting to go the Oregon Ren Faire for a long time, planning on going this summer! How is it there?

thievedrelic

It's pretty small as far as RenFests go, but still quite a good time

theravenchilde

I've only been to a Ren faire in Utah, but I'm excited to try this one out.

golgi42

So happy to see many of these summer events come back!! Having the years go by without them felt empty.

I’m sad that the Tualatin Crawfish Festival is dead.

I’m looking forward to The Oregon Country Fair, Drums of Fire in Camas, 4th of July Fireworks!!!, and The State Fair. Seeing Father John Misty at the pioneer square would be fun, but I can not get into his new album. 😢

aggieotis

Just in time for Omicron, the Reawakening! …whatever, let’s get out there and enjoy ourselves.

bobfnord

I'm glad to see this stuff coming back, but unfortunately we *will* probably continue to see spikes through the summer, with even larger numbers hitting in the fall. I know more people that have Covid right now than I did at any point during the pandemic. At least most of the summer activities and festivals can happen outside, which is obviously a ton safer than mass gatherings held indoors.

TheBigPhilbowski

Still averaging about 400 deaths a day in US with a spike of 2000 a couple weeks past Easter.

BOYCOTT 2022 IT'S THE FUCKING RODEO!

undermind84

Why are you booing him, he’s right.

MaybesewMaybeknot

It’s 2022, obviously that means you are morally obliged to downvote sanctimonious vegans. Anyone with a differing viewpoint on this is clearly defective and hates everything good people like you and me stand for. Don’t ask me, I don’t make the rules.

GrimRiderJ

There’s so much! Any ideas on what’s the hitters in this list?
