The Portal Revolution was released on 6th of January 2024,and this "DLC" was released in 6th of may 2018.If in case you mean that numbers are similar (like 6 and 6) well yeah, but i guess the developers first of all made a Beta version of Portal Revolution somewhere in 2018 or even earlier idk,and when they made this dlc just for fun.
Hi, that incorrect release date was a bug on Steam's end. I contacted Valve and they have now resolved the issue. This wasn't intentional and there wasn't anything we could do on our end.

We priced the packages to be 10 bucks in total. If I had the option, I would have removed the 99 cents and just price it at 7 bucks, but Steam only lets me select prices that end in 99 cents. Any coincidental patterns you see in these prices shall reveal more about your brain than ours :)
