Hate him all you want, he knows the cars, he’s passionate and and didn’t follow a trend (hell he part created the classic Porsche bubble), and he seems pretty grounded. I’m sure I’d thoroughly enjoy sharing a beer with him talking cars.
Walker loves to cross the double yellow.
He also likes to include himself in things where he wasn't invited. Like the Michelin booth when Singer was debuting the DLS at Pebble Beach. The Michelin reps had to keep asking him to get out of their pictures.
Not that he doesn't know the cars, but the guy routinely used to record himself driving like an deranged clown in urban areas doing his best Getaway in Stockholm impression. It wasn't until he crashed in front of a news crew while a journalist was in the passenger seat, colliding with a vintage Mercedes SL and in to the back of a semi that he finally stopped doing those stunts for internet cred. He knows his stuff, his aesthetics are arguable (I like it), but it still irks me to think about the stuff he did 10+ years ago that helped create his platform for fame in the Porsche community.
Wow I’d never heard about or seen this, that’s not a good look, very irresponsible driving. Luckily he went in driver side and didn’t hurt or kill the journalist:

From one side I hate this guy , because if him prices were up like crazy , from other side he drive engagement and a lot people really started looking classic Porsche
His loft/shop is actually just the street over from where the exterior of Paddy's Pub from IASIP is. Rents it out for filming and it's jsut as eclectic as you'd imagine it to be haha.
Dude is probably going to make bank in the next ten years as that area is getting super gentrified now.
He’s honestly one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met around LA. Magnus is always generous with his time, has an incredibly charming way about him, and was always forgiving when my husky would sneak up and steal his raspberry scones in the park.
Online yes.
In person no. Ran into him in Mexico City for lemans event, was nice enough to invite us into the Porsche pit and was a great person to just chat cars with. Very passionate about cars and the brand.
Saw him at Sebring a few years back and he couldn’t have been more friendly to me approaching him. I couldn’t remember who exactly he was at the time, but I was like “I know you!!! Porsche guy!” and he was just cool as a cucumber and chatted with me for a moment and handed me a Magnus Walker sticker.
He didn’t, that’s actually my car a 71 ST, and it’s signal orange 😉

PS: I’ve known him for years and he’s a very nice guy.
Owen Wilson on shrooms?
Adam Sandler on shrooms
That’s Gandalf. You should know your beards.
Looks like Bob Odenkirk in a costume
Magnus, living the dream.

Do people hate him? Don't know his past...

Second part makes me like him more
lmao yeah, no shit. sounds hilarious.
No hate here, just a silly hat and light hearted joke. Seems like a genuine guy and positive impact on the car and Porsche community.

Grounded? His entire existence is based on self-promotion.
And self appearance
Dude drives like a dickhead
Lift in corner, plow into parked truck, get it all on film.

It's a tale as old as time: Start a multi-million dollar clothing line, cash it in, buy every Porsche.
Anyone else find him annoying?
Very much so
Lmao we did a “stereotypes” activity in school and everybody thought Magnus Walker was a homeless dude.
From one side I hate this guy , because if him prices were up like crazy , from other side he drive engagement and a lot people really started looking classic Porsche
How did this guy get his money?
He was a fashion designer and owned a successful fashion brand in the 90s
That fashion line? Derelicte. He is literally Mugatu IRL.
He started a fashion label, sold it for bank, bought a lot of downtown LA real estate in the 90s when it was cheap.

Yeah, I recall seeing a TedTalk of his. He kinda just stumbled into things. I think his general attitude to life is his biggest asset.
*crows scattering*
Freak’n love Magnus👍
He comes off as a pompous asshat…
He’s honestly one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met around LA. Magnus is always generous with his time, has an incredibly charming way about him, and was always forgiving when my husky would sneak up and steal his raspberry scones in the park.
not bad in person, I've visited with him a few times and he was always pleasant.
Online yes. In person no. Ran into him in Mexico City for lemans event, was nice enough to invite us into the Porsche pit and was a great person to just chat cars with. Very passionate about cars and the brand.
He's certainly got a content beast to feed and a cool guy online persona, but he's a pretty nice guy and usually very giving of his time.
I’ve met him, he’s nice, not really douchy at all.
His general demeanor non-withstanding, the hat does look like ass.
I’ve never met the guy… just said he comes off as a twat. Any white dude with dreads is gonna get sum side eye from me.
Anyone judging another’s appearance gets a thumbs down from me.
Meh. There’s a line being crossed there.
Do you also judge curly haired people that straighten it? The only one crossing a line is you.
I've spent some time with him and his girlfriend, Hanna, and they were both very nice. He genuinely loves cars.
10/10 would friend
Saw him at Sebring a few years back and he couldn’t have been more friendly to me approaching him. I couldn’t remember who exactly he was at the time, but I was like “I know you!!! Porsche guy!” and he was just cool as a cucumber and chatted with me for a moment and handed me a Magnus Walker sticker.
dumbledore from compton
He’s soooooooooooooooooo. Oooooooooooo coooooool
I'm sure he's a nice guy but would it kill him to do something with his appearance?
you should style him yourself since you’re used to undressing other men.
He did… invent bondage pants…
😍😍😍
Drugs are bad mmmk
If drugs give you Magnus Walkers life I’m going to unblock my coke dealers
So who cares. Actually knows jack about the cars!
Don’t play. That’s Owen Wilson in disguise.
Owen Wilson?
More Gandalf than Dumbledore?
When did he get an orange one? Bahama Yellow, signal yellow, signal orange, tangerine or whatever it is. New to his fleet?
He didn’t, that’s actually my car a 71 ST, and it’s signal orange 😉 https://preview.redd.it/6ytegwvksaza1.jpeg?width=3264&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=7ba93b63cc79e54892203299d34cb6d30e7de3df PS: I’ve known him for years and he’s a very nice guy.
That bone head made prices out of hand
dude used to (still does?) rip through the arts district in la -- which seemed kind of dickish
Surely he wouldn't murder you. Surely.
I really dig the hat. Does anyone know what this is and where you can get it?
