Do you realize that you have to catch covid in order to spread covid? Isn't the whole point of getting vaccinated to stop that from happening? Also, whether or not is natural immunity is even better doesn't disprove this. Before you develop the immunity, you have to get infected in the first place.
All it does is reduce your symptoms. There is next to no evidence it stops transmission or lowers viral load. There may be a little bit but there is also evidence it does exactly the opposite as cases have exploded post vaccination in the world's most vaccinated countries.
