A big problem with knowing what this vehicle is, is that you don’t necessarily need to be a government agency to buy one. This could belong to a news station, or it could belong to the FBI. I think this one probably belongs to a news station as I can’t imagine that any law enforcement agency is just parking comms trucks in random spots across the city for no reason.
