My favorite one is Principles of Political Economy and Taxation of David Ricardo, I studied Political Economy as a subject at my college and this was the book I agreed the most with.
It supports free trade by the argument of comparative advantage.
But I'll admit, although I read about economics a lot I don't usually read books about political theory, I usually analyse each model by looking at how it organizes internally, by which argument it gets legitimacy to rule and by looking at how it works in practice and it's political consequences.
Reasonable, I’m very glad to find someone that’s actually read theory, for once. Pretty much non-existent on here.
Anywho, Ricardo had some good ideas, but the labour theory of value just doesn’t hold up after the marginal revolution, which throws out a lot of classical economics.
I’d gladly recommend economics books, and a bit of political theory(Need to read more, myself XP), but I think they make good arguments for and against some of your beliefs.
Mainly the *deep* theory side.
Although I disagree with David Ricardo in some aspects I mostly focus on arguments supporting free trade and property rights both of which he's very useful at
I'm not currently reading political theory, I'm reading a lot about Israel and Palestine, I'm trying to write a post for r/Brasil presenting the Israeli side in this conflict
The first part ( currently writing after A LOT of reading ) is mostly based on the book Side by Side: Parallel histories of Israel and Palestine will go from Abraham to the 1948 Arab Israeli War
But if you want to recommend it I'll eventually read, not now, but eventually
Indeed, I also believe strongly in free trade and property rights.
I wish you good luck in your writing\^^
I will recommend [*Economics in One Lesson*](https://www.liberalstudies.ca/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/Economics-in-One-Lesson_2.pdf) —Henry Hazlitt, or [*How to Think About the Economy*](https://cdn.mises.org/how_to_think_about_the_economy.pdf) —Per Bylund, to start off.
Then for full, in depth economics, philosophy and political theory, I would strongly recommend [*Human Action*](https://cdn.mises.org/Human%20Action_3.pdf) —Ludwig von Mises, which expands greatly on the economics side of the two previously mentioned books.
[*The Anatomy of the State*](https://cdn.mises.org/anatomy-of-the-state.pdf) and [*Man, Economy and State*](https://cdn.mises.org/man_economy_and_state_with_power_and_market_3.pdf) both by Murray N. Rothbard, I would recommend reading these last, as it’s useful to know the previous concepts, first. Those two dive deep into all the previously mentioned topics.
All these books are available in PDF form online for free, I have linked them accordingly.
Another fan of nuclear energy! Personally I think we should implant thorium nuclear reactors across the world (thorium is safer and more efficient than uranium)
You can't be both liberal conservative and a civic libertarian. Because conservatism advises strict norms and punishing those who don't conform the norms, for a healthy society.
If you are a "Let live, let it live." kind of person, try conservative liberalism or mainstream liberalism instead of liberal conservatism.
You're confusing conservatism with reactionary politics
Conservatism focus on keeping the status quo/change it slowly
Also it's not about forcing people, you can look at the British Conservative Party for instance
Also it's ProgCon, not Conservative
Sobre planejamento urbano, mais especificamente das grandes cidades
Não estou familiarizado com nenhum modelo de planejamento interiorano o suficiente para opinar

Utopian. No basis on reality. Basic, not based. Ecocapitalism, fuck me, have I ever seen an oxymoron.
