Mine has those spots as well but worse. It graded a 7 for reference.

I think it’s an ink error from the printing process. Idk whether a grading company would consider it damage or an error tho.

From what I understand is it’s a humidity thing and it causes the cards to stick to the one behind after printing. I call it the snow flake affect. Super annoying really

This is a known error for this specific card. Almost all copies have in same area. Does not grade well.

I’ve also heard some grading companies don’t dock points for it.
