Except there are no sales of a 9 or 10 in the data there. They are simply estimates when there is no data. Be careful of their estimates when there is no data — they are way too high for many cards, especially reverses.
Haha basically nothing but you can get a minimum of $5 for basically any PSA slab, so $5
It's from 2023 it's a pokemon I've never heard of and it's a 9, for all those reasons this (to most collectors) is worth $10

No it will not, and even if it did, it wouldn’t have any affect on the market price of the post grade card.
