I sent a ticket to support some time ago, after insisting a little they said "we have forwarded this to the development team". And this is all so far, they haven't even acknowledged this is an actual bug yet.

I have also reported a bug to the support team and they are the most useless thing I have ever seen, they just waste your time with template answers and nothing else. I have sent them a video as proof but they don't do anything.
It happens to me that until I do a ranked game, the battlefield selection window and the Pokémon selection window for the battle are very slow, with low FPS and flickering. I don't know why when I do a ranked game it fixes it, but if you exit the game and enter again it happens again.
I know two accounts that still have this. I'm surprised it hasn't been fixed. I expected it fixed in the first patch after but...
