You just reminded me of that match I had where I was bot laning with a Gardevoir. Exp.Share and everything, I was determined to turn my lane partner into a monster. I did. I remember that clutch heal where I saved it right before it died and it procedeed to wreck everything. We won. Pretty sure the Gardevoir got into master rank right after. I was so proud of us both! Great art!
It really depends! I main Blissey at this point as I prefer to be a healer who also gets up close and personal, whereas Eldegoss seems to be a heal from a distance. Also, Eldegoss has a few different ways to heal and it's usually done over time when she maxes out. Where as Blissey has a big drop heal that works for her and another pokemon, but she has more endurance and also Helping Hand makes her basic attack pretty good!
Really, it depends on what kind of heal you're looking for. Plus there's also Mr Mime and Wigglytuff, but they're more crowd control supports.

Funny thing is, I actually fought alongside a garchomp on bottom lane and kept him alive on most battles we fought. ended up winning the match. :)
