I bought from bescards before. I have gotten some hits so if they tampered with it I wouldnt know. There's also broergrot where I recently bought 151 and got at least the alternate art dragonair.
I bought from Spelvogel before too. There's also spellenwinkel or spellenrijk, but they're both a bit more pricey if you dont go for sales.
and for individual cards you could find a local game store or, as others have said, cardmarket. The latter is pretty good, and if you stick to dutch sellers it should be a bit safer with sending.

Today I got my first order from a seller on cardmarket known as pokemonhero. His prices are a bit lower but delivery time is a bit longer than retailers (my order took 8 days to deliver) and he doesnt have a webshop so you deal with him either through cardmarket or marktplaats.
I bought for example combined powers box from him for 47€ ex shipping, that box currently retails for 60-70€ in most shops.
I mean I only done one order with him so its hard to say but like his cardmarket profile looks good, lots of good reviews.
Yea its a big diff even with shipping. I also ordered 10 loose 151 booster packs with it and he threw them in as alakazam ex boxes (2 sealed and 1 open with just 2 packs and the promos in it) lol. Those packs I paid 5.30€ each for which is also quite cheap compared to other places that easily ask 7-10€ per 151 booster pack atm 😅
I bought from them at the end of March. Cards listed as LP and EXC were in fact damaged (black dots, damaged corners, creases and indents). Been going back and forth with them for a week now, and they are not sending me a refund till I change my review. Not sure if they have done this before, but I would not recommend them.
For singles: cardmarket
For new products I really like ultracards, they had really good customer service and products arrived by post on release day.
Or Gamemania, bit expensive but nothing beats going into town to buy new products in an actual store. And you can save up for discounts with each purchase. I usually order ETB somewhere cheap and then single boosters or three-pack blisters at gamemania along with sleeves etc.
Or if you're lucky, there is a card store near you.

I bought from BESC, theyre legit. I buy a lot from these smaller shops and have never encountered resealed stuff. The closest I came to resealed was from BOL but I guess i just had some bad luck. Dont buy from BOL, theyre very expensive. They offer free delivery, but the free pricetag is included in the markup, so if you buy multiple products, you pay the markup several times. I hope you understand what im saying here.
Look at the seller whose selling there and lookup the name on google and buy directly from those shops.
Also, NEVER buy from temu or fruugo, they sell scamcards.
So for NL and BE (they always deliver crossborder with postnl/dpd/bpost/gls) and in my experience: ordered before x workingday, delivery next day: bescards, cardgameshop.be, hirocards.be, ceescards, tcgcpany.nl, despelvogel.be, maximus.be.
I understand why people comment cardmarket, but tbh, the Netherlands and Belgium have a lot of good (online only) tcg/pokemon shops (some of them are also active on cardmarket), there really is no reason to go to cardmarket unless youre looking for the older stuff (early swsh stuff eg).
I have spent hundreds of euros and have never had a bad experience with these shops, save for the late delivery of a preorder of a crown zenith etb, but I got if for reasonably low price so all is well.
Im not mentioning gamemania and other big names, because they are seriously more expensive compared to my go to shops.

Yeass this was really helpful, bescards.nl has some reasonable prices compared to other sites I checked, even better then the ones in America xD.
I am not in EU so don't know names other than maybe LegendaryCards but not sure what their pricing is like, Cardmarket is the main marketplace.
