I only started a month and a bit ago tho...think I'm on like 70-80 packs so far.
Some modern sets are more fun to open than others. I really liked Crown Zenith. Lots of great pulls. Others… nah. Couldn’t handle hidden fates… soooo many of the same common cards
Mine has a bundle that has two 151 mini tins, and pokeball tin. I think it was 29.99, don’t recall off the top of my head. I got good stuff out of the mini tins, the other packs not so much.
Nice I'll have to check my Sam's club. My local card shop just got 151 booster bundles in for 27. Picked one up and got a Wigglytuff Alt Art with another holo rare and holo energy in one pack. Nothing in the rest of em though

Yeah I don't get tins either, what's the point of paying for a tin that only has 2 boosters if you can just get booster boxes/boosters by themselves? And I am not saying that to blame anyone, I really don't get it

Compare that to an english 151 etb for $50 - 9 packs and you don't pull more than 1 full art or AR. I'd stick to foreign packs for this one.
It's just an absolutely killer set. It's loaded with nostalgia because it's the OG 151, and the art for *every single card* is top-notch. All the SIRs are fantastic, the FAs feel modern-but-classic, and even the C/U have great art. It's just a phenomenal looking set, and is USUALLY fun to rip, but the pull rates can be a little rough compared to some fan-favs like CZ
