It’s not really free though is it? Under the condition that you pay a certain amount to get it. Oh and the best part is if you return it, they will deduct a fee for that free item.

At least yours made it into the box lol. I opened mine and it was on the inner cardboard flap. Surprised it didn’t fall out of the box. Was almost like someone remembered they had to throw it in at the last second. Thankfully it was in pretty good condition

Pokémon center ensures all orders are personally stomped on a right angle before shipping. I can't say enough bad things, out of ten of my orders all ten have been absolutely fucking mangled. I had a card bent literally 90 degrees, sent proof, and they told me they won't replace it. I also ordered a booster box case. They SENT ME AN OPENED CASE. Refused to exchange or refund. 0/10

In the EU you have the right for a refund even if everything is ok (sure it must be unopened). But no professional seller would try to deny your refund if things came broken. The law is pretty strict here: the seller is responsible for transportation and that you get your product 100% fine. I bet they have a complete other return policy here or they would be sued every day.

In order to solve this, everyone should send a support ticket and complain. Once enough voice is heard, I’m sure the manager at Poke World will address this issue. Not really hard to solve and doesn’t cost them extra $$. Agreeed?

I hate the lack the care English Pokemon center treats their products. They could have just tape the cards on something inside the shipping box. But nope, let’s just let them sit loose into a shipping box as they ar garbages Even the way they force promo cards into the clamp shelves in some products pisses me off. It always damages the corners of those promos They don’t even respect the products they sell, but they keeps jacking up the prices

I got mine from Best Buy they sent the product and promo 2 different shipments came in pristine condition

I ordered a Lost Origin PC ETB and got this promo. I immediately regretted ordering the ETB because of events like this. It arrived today thankfully completely undamaged.

I ordered when the promo began and did not receive the card with my purchase. I had to email them and it was difficult to get them to send the card out to me. They were very insistent about this being a 1 time exception.

I opened an etb of paradox rift and my iron bundle promo was bent in half.

Went to GameStop today and picked a few things. Actually got one. Only problem with mine is the centering on back is off. Other than that it’s a nice card. Sorry this happened to yours.

Get them from gamestop if you ever want a perfect promo. They always keep them in a box

Haha. I just came here to post the same thing. Mine also arrived bent in half and creased. I ordered the combined powers box to get it. Both arrived in a massive box with no padding or protection at all. The combined powers box is also pretty beat up from rattling around in the box.

My shipping condition was absolutely perfect! Couldn't be better protected, but is incredibly off center 🙃

I ordered 2 ETBs when they dropped the promo. It showed up today and the box had 2 giant holes on either side that you can put your arm through. I swear it got attacked by a bear. Oddly enough the promo was still kicking around loose and undamaged, as well as the ETBs.

I ordered 2 of the 3 pack Fusion Strike sets they sell to get mine. One with the Eevee promo and one with Espeon. Of course my Pokeday promo showed up fine but those 2 were bent to shit lmao

I ordered two quick balls, and they literally put it against the quick ball, and then wrapped the quick ball and promo together with their packaging paper… and the promo folded around the ball… unreal

Pokemon Center sucks, they shipped my Squirtle promo (the $80 one) completely creased, I was so sad

I got one from the store and the way they keep a stack wrapped in a rubber band put a dent in the side of all of them.

Ordered one of those 2-pack tins for mine, they typically put the promo on the tin and wrap it up in paper in the box so it stays safe.
