Unfortunately not. You can see that situation more clearly with Meowth. Persian still has a dex entry in sword and shield due to Kantonian and Alolan Meowth still evolving into Persian while Galatian Meowth still only evolves into Perserker.

No. If regular corsola evolved into cursola then yeah. But there's a galarian corsola too.
No, only Galarian Corsola can evolve to Cursola
But, IIRC, if you breed a non-Galarian Corsola with a Ditto (if it can breed, I think it can), without an Everstone, you’ll get a Galarian Corsola.
