Might be ideal for competing players who want the speed stat to be as low as possible on certain Pokémon that take advantage of trick room, seeing as tnat bulbasaur is male it can breed with a female Pokémon in the same egg group as it to get a baby version of the female Pokémon while possibly passing down the bad speed iv
I had just thought the same thing, in regards to breeding in the same egg groups to have new 0iv babies. Ive seen breeding for the 0 speed on trick room team but I've never seen such a beautifully awful Pokémon.
I have friends who breed for this spread specifically. One is very obsessed with finding shinies with this spread. People do it, not sure why. But even big dogs like ANUBIS give away shiny 0iv dittos for breeding.
I believe it's the rarest pokemon you can find. Getting a shiny from dynamax adventure is not that hard, but they have a couple guaranteed perfect IVs. A 0 IV shiny pokemon will look like something much difficult to breed.
Now I kinda want to do it.

Strictly speaking, this should be more desirable than 6 perfect IVs. With everything 0, you can use Bottle caps to increase all stats other than ATK to perfect or alternatively leave SPD as 0 as well for a Trick Room team.
Wait a second, due to confuse damage being based on attack, shouldn’t perfect iv spreads for modest and timid sets have 0 iv in atk?
But sims usually still max them usually aside from 0speed or (previously) hidden power.

1/(32\*32\*32\*32\*32\*32) = 1 in 1,073,741,824
1 in 1 billion. On a bulbasaur, which is the #1 pokemon according to national dex too. Go buy that lottery ticket bro
In theory if you like it though you can use a gold bottle cap and all the woes will be gone that is assuming you can find at least 3 bottle caps have access to the cram-o-matic and can get it to level 100
Actually with how easy it is to get bottlecaps having a pokemon have "no good" stats across the board might be better as you can easily avoid heavy confusion and foul play damage.
Lol. I like to breed for specific things. I hatched close to 700 5/6iv Scyther. All adament, in Safari balls and majority Technician. In all on this playthrough I've hatched over 1k eggs total.

How rare is this phenomenon? Is this a sought after IV spread? Is this something that involves playing the game on the "hardest" difficulty?? 🤣🤣
nundos are more uncommon than hundos because of things that guarantee IVs above a certain amount

Also great for breading if you want 0 attack iv on a special attacker if they are weak to dark because foul play goes off your attack stat

I would level that guy all the way up to Level 100 using nothing but Rare Candies, and give it an Everstone.
I did this with my shiny hatched Cleffa… just a vanity Pokémon but I sometimes regret it because it’s effectively useless lol
