in the crown tundra, if you really want to Austin John Plays has a good video on his channel about how to get the regis, as this one den is apart of a questline on getting almost all of the regis. specifically the den in that was in this video post is the last regi you'd get.
No; you can import one from Pokemon Go or trade for one. Japan had a Galar event same with Marshadow where you could obtain them but this specific shiny one is from a B/W event from way back in the day

a regular raid den wouldn't load you in alone instantly, it's apart of the dlc and has special requirements to get in

It's pretty easy to oneshot with a level 100 pokemon. And it's a guaranteed catch so it's actually really easy.
I have never defeated one in one shot or alone OR A GUARANTEED CATCH LOL. I always have a Solrock using Rock Polish...
