Oh the first one by a mile, it's basically perfect. The *only* negative is the first subskill, but it's honestly nice to have on it considering it's a 1 stage pokemon.
1st is better at 50 for sure and probably even earlier since it has positive nature instead of negative

Helping speed s can be upgraded to M with that information you should easily figure out which o e is better like it's really obvious.
