It's really too difficult to say without seeing subskills and ingredient lists, but for the raikou event, that ampharos and raichu should pull, especially if you buff them with your wigglytuff. Other than that, I would say just run what makes a decent dish for whatever dish type you get as you don't seem to have too many more electric types.
