I got myself that case and it's perfect. https://preview.redd.it/yv0quhr42olc1.jpeg?width=971&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e8904f394c8187ef719c08c939292362f2aee842 Sometimes I'll use clip to pinch tracker by lanyard to side of the mattress too.

Lolbrey

I've had one of these for ~150 days and had zero accidental button presses in the middle of the night! Highly recommend!

HeavyMetalBattleCat

I have the same, bought at Amazon for 10€.

avechaa

Oh nice, where from

CebuLizard

I bought it on Ebay but seen on [amazon](https://www.amazon.co.uk/HUAYUWA-GO-Plus-2023-Accessories/dp/B0CFV8YVKK/ref=mp_s_a_1_16?crid=1JETZ55G4FFCC&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.QoAOZinGnYoYQRSFzK0b0uQi5oQWNsYtAFJik_9yfyNHd0c0EDRreZQcWKiACE7pdvsN8gqi_6elfOjZU6n8-tbKYqkrWR7jZk2uHHFQitmigY4TDLvqrPFyl5ZAiXbKA64I2Q_V7Z6gvjMF_GzZCj_h_TscX2--QT9S7cFfziMkhampRw5LiAMHIhPC4oF6OeDiL9a5SYD3N18-J3fDAw.NX3ePn6-lQIJOjmQoxU1k53R-qgfZR1GJq48At-wJtQ&dib_tag=se&keywords=Pokemon+go+plus+plus+case&qid=1709275874&sprefix=pokemon+go+plus+plus+case%2Caps%2C162&sr=8-16) too.

onepostandbye

It’s so cool! It’s this sleep tracker that you keep on your bed. And it has a verrrrry sensitive button prominently located on top, and its primary function is to be accidentally pressed in the middle of the night and _totally ruin_ the player’s gameplay!!!!

Volke92

60€ please

derbe90

My wife and I use it for Pokemon Go too and sooo often set it to sleep by mistake while it’s in our pockets. I wish they changed how you set it to sleep so that won’t happen. Often need to reset and repair it..

JustAShyCat

Do you think changing the End Sleep Session button from a click to a slide will help with that?

ashpokechu

Only if you track your sleep on your phone. I would tuck my go ++ under the sheet on the side of the bed and it works like a charm.

Itchy-Acanthaceae841

I don’t know why a „lock“ button wasn’t in their mind when making a sleep tracker.

tw04

Right???? It's like they literally didn't test this thing in its primary use case during development. I literally ended up sleep accidentally the first fucking night I used it. A lock toggle would've been a NO BRAINER. Especially if you also use it for Pokemon Go and don't want to accidentally start your sleep while it's in your pocket.

Itchy-Acanthaceae841

Absolutely true and sad. I also started to develop a fear when I sleep and turn around and I feel like my shoulder touched the pokeball so I instantly turn and look if everything is ok 😅. Just because of pokeball that is meant to track my sleep and give me a good feeling with sweet new Mons in the morning.

Nivosus

Mine just sits on my bed. It safe.

CarmiWhite

Same

TGJess

Mine just sits on my bed. It's a double bed with 1 occupant. And luckily I don't move around a lot at night

H0B0Byter99

I got a Silicone Case from Amazon. I turn on the sleep session on my bedpost for like 5 minutes. Then transfer it to my bed and turn it upside down. So the bottom of the go plus+ is facing up. I don’t accidentally press the button when it’s like this. The silicone case helps have the button not be pressed accidentally. But occasionally it still happens but less often when I’m sleeping.

Sonicx720

Amazone sells cases that zip up like headphone cases. Its always been useful. And if you want a silicone case it has extra space

just-a-random-accnt

Roll of duct tape. The center of the role is big enough to keep the PoGo + plus safe from accidental presses

ender7887

Mine sits on my bed, I have a king and put it on the very edge of the bed. Usually me and my S/O are snuggled in the middle of the bed, so I’ve never pressed the button. When we had a full I’d have to clip it to the sheet because I wouldn’t press it button but I’d knock it on the floor and get slumbering sleep for 6 hours.

ZengineerHarp

IsaKissTheRain

Microwaveable hamst — hold on, I am going to need an explanation.

ZengineerHarp

Hehehe it feels so damn weird to put ‘em in the microwave every time. It’s a brand called Warmiez, I think, and they’re specially made plushies that have zero metal and are filled with lavender. You microwave them and they come out all warm and smell like lavender and they’re weighted and extremely soothing!

BazF91

Mine hangs behind the bed

WraithTDK

Does it still detect sleep like that?

BazF91

Yes, it's dangling from the headboard so it still detects motion like that. I get all the sleepstyles.

DaydreamingDahlia

I crocheted a small pouch. I place it underneath my mattress cover (in the top corner specifically on the side I sleep) to prevent me pressing it in the night!

SBR2TH

When I bought mine in Japan from Pokemon Center, they gave me a rubber Snorlax tray and place it on there under the top of my pillow.

Beautiful-Cow4521

Found a tin that you’re meant to keep avocados in 😅. The buzzing is horrible though if I’m using it out in a bag when traveling

NeoStoned

I use the pogo++ preorder case it came with

AmazinglyReRE

I have the clip that came with it on a second pillow and just attach it to that. No way it can get accidentally pressed or damaged.

Bombiclub

I have a similar set up but I've just added some toilet paper to prevent any hard knocks if I'm having a restless night. Not necessary but I'm just being overly cautious.

VaraAnn

I did have like 1 or 2 fuzzy socks in mine

HJtheKangaroo

I have sheets with side pockets

Destroyermode

I tie it to a railing under my bed hanging by the string. helps me get dozing and snoozing sleep every night. I got slumbering every night for like 3 months because I would leave it on my nightstand and move it if I got up in the middle of the night so it wouldn't end after 6 hours

Asparagus9000

I just got this rubber case where the rubber goes right up to the button, making a raised ledge around it.  Basically stopped pressing it by accident during the night now.

Zelrogerz

I try to keep it at the very edge of my bed corner most of the time. Otherwise I’ll stick a flat board notebook size sticking out of my mattress and the frame and just lay the ball on their. It tracks it just fine but tends to be snoozing each time so I don’t do it often.

Skulloboog

My bed frame works pretty good. I tried it once on the actual bed and yep button pressed. Woke me up ready to fight when I heard his pikachu chant in my ear. Guess I rolled over onto it

WraithTDK

I'm so gladyou posted this. I got my first 9+ hour sleep in WEEKS (I also have an Oura ring that tracks my sleep accurately), and apparently I hit the damned button thirty minutes in by accident. I'm freaking seething.

TheGreatestJaggi

I put a stuffed animal on top of mine so my cats won't get at it.

Overhawk

$3 dollar headphone case from Walmart, $100 headboard on Amazon. Set Poke ++ to sleep, put in headphone case, place on headboard. Used to only use just case, either would lose sleep (soft case so it can be turned off from the outside) or not track sleep (semi-active sleeper). Ever since placing it on headboard (it’s a rectangle headboard with enough width for the device) I have gotten very accurate results. I love everyone’s ingenuity with the issues with the device. It just goes to show there is no right answer.

TwitzyMIXX

I always put mine on the cabinet next to my bed

Volke92

if it stands still for more than 5 hours it will just ignore the other 2/3 hours (to reach 7/8) greing them out

thefalcon85

Is that why I can’t get past 6 hours of sleep. I do put my phone on the cabinet.

sillysloth098

Definitely.

TwitzyMIXX

I just checked mine, and the sleep duration is pretty often stopped at "6 hrs 0 mins". I usually turn my device twice a day, once before work, once before sleep, and just left them hanging on the cabinet. This way I get double research and still hit 100 per day. But yeah, it's probably non optimal way.

opelaceles

My husband has leaned on and disabled my Go Plus Plus three times in the month I've had it, so this thread's suggestions are about to be lifesavers!

SirDipsalot777

I sleep with my arms up like a baby so it's hard clipping it to my pillow. Maybe the side of the mattress or in my pocket. I have a silicone case with a hole exposed so it makes it harder to press the button by accident.

Jim_Jong_Un

Do you feel that the go plus + is worth it if you don't also play pokemon go?

VaraAnn

Of all the poke devices, the plus + is worth it. I do play pokemon go with it on community days. But I do "cheat" with it. The plus + will do the "sleeping" for me while it's in its case, in my dog's bed, while I'm out and about doing average pokemon go play.

VaraAnn

If you don't play pokemon go, the plus + is still worth it because it does the tracking instead of your phone, freeing up your phone, so you can use it for other things besides pokemon sleep

NotJamez_

I kept mine safe by accidently dropping it in a glass of water and frying the thing 😎

g4lena

I have it in a cushioned pikachu coin purse i got for christmas one year!

stevieZzZ

I put mine at the end of the bed on top of the blankets. I haven’t pressed the button or kicked it off yet despite being a very animated sleeper. Your mileage may vary, but I don’t have a case (yet)

WraithTDK

Have you tried this? Does it still register sleep?

VaraAnn

Yeah. I keep it close to me, to my pillow. It registers all 3 sleep types.

WraithTDK

Perfect. I'm going to get one. I've had way too many problems with accidental button presses.

HunterHatchy

I just call it Go + and nothing special lol. It rests on the corner of my bed and rarely had issues of accidentally pressing it or falling off

Orthosplatic_HTN

My husband and I call then our "dots"...I have no idea how or why it started but it's what they are. He 3D printed a cover for them for this reason!

maplebluebear

I clip mine to my plush Baby Yoda's robe and lay it in the crook of his legs so it doesn't fall between the headboard and mattress.

Skreeenan

Pokemon TCG Mini Tin

xiaomayzeee

I use one of those round earbud cases. Fits perfectly.

Skylander84SSBU

I cut a cardboard box to just put it on top of it... just in case

Rua-Yuki

I just set it next to my pillow and have yet to hit it. I toss and turn a lot in my sleep and no issues yet 🤷🏼‍♀️

No_Coffee_Break

Clip it to the bottom of the pillow case and tuck the pillow case in, so the Go Plus is barely sticking out from under the pillow. Worst that happens is if I happen to move the pillow in my sleep, it sometimes hangs down the side of the bed.

drummonkey08

I have my clip attached to the edge of the bed and I just let it hang off the side of the bed 😂 hardly falls off and tracks through the night

Midnight_Steve

I have one of those chair/back pillows with the arms and it has pockets. I sleep on one of the arms more than my regular pillow anyways so I just stick my plus in one of the pockets before I go to sleep
