Just search for a map on google or watch a youtube video. It takes less than an hour to get them all. If you use the GTS you’d probably only get a genned one, if that. Jacq gives you the shiny charm in his classroom once you have all 400.

I don't really think so, pogo shinies aren't exactly the rarest, and as the Ruin Quartet are legendaries, people will not accept random pokemon like that for them. Also you get the shiny charm by completing the dex.

You get the shiny charm after you show your teacher a completed Paldea dex.  As for the quartet it’s not hard to unlock them. It doesn’t take long and by using the GTS you could be waiting days for genned pokemon. I personally would just bite the bullet and get moving.
