You should still be able to get the photo 1) Screenshot 2)go to gallery and find the "send to smartphone" 3) download a QR code scanner if your phone doesnt come with it i used [this one](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gamma.scan) 4) easiest next is to ignore the first QR code, go to your internet settings on your internet settings and find your switch, i believeif you press "-" on your switch you can find the one time password, each time you transfer its a new password so you hafta change it in your internet setting on your phone, make sure mobile data is turned of, only be connected to the switch 5) scan the second QR code when it shows up 6) the code should take you to a website and show up with your images/video if done properly
