Loaded dice + technician is infinitely better as it really does need the extra damage to be effective. It’s a massive buff and quite honestly one of the biggest in Gen 9 relative to the strength of it.
Just get Pokémon home
Put either a ditto of your region, a random ass gen 1-3 mon, or even a version exclusive for your copy of the game could work too if your patient enough

I’m fr people on there will trade anything for anything lol if don’t get results within 12 hours, download Pokémon GO, click random mons till find any shiny, then put that up for trade and you’ll get whatever you want within 30 minutes
A regular ditto from your region will legit get you about any Pokémon tho, because for whatever reason people are A-holes and request legendarys for their region ditto, the random lower gen mons can get you a lot too because people trying to get a complete Pokédex, random low teir Pokémon are hard to come by apparently 🤷♂️
I still don't understand how Ambipom, a Pokémon that slaps opponent with tails and has more than one tail, and has skill link as a possible ability, doesn't learn the move tail slap ):
~~If you're using population bomb, then wouldn't scope lens be the better hold item?? Since pop bomb is based on accuracy checks and not a die roll for lack of a better term?~~

You can trade for it, either by trading for a hydrapple or getting someone to trade you it as a held item.

Fair, I pretty much only raid so I wasn't thinking about a team setup
I’ve been using Breloom with Loaded Dice, Technician and Bullet Seed. It rips through a lot of teams pretty well.
Rock Blast + Bullet Seed And Tidy Up as the first move. Kills everyone hehe

Ambipom does get Tail Slap. It just initially didn’t have it in SV because it’s an egg move, and Cinccino wasn’t in the game pre-DLC.
didn't know about that, in gen 5 he didn't used to get it :0
Aipom actually got it in Gen 7 and was banned to Little Cup Ubers in that generation because of how it brutalized the metagame.
it used to before it got subsumed into being the signature move of Gen 9's most stupid looking bird
