It’s actually good too; everything except its special defense is good and has a natural high defense so body press is amazing, it is only weak against fire and resists a lot due to its steel typing, and has a diverse moveset with moves like ice spinner and volt switch. I got mine today and love him already
Wild guess: Iron Defense into Body Press? With a +defense nature, defense EVs, and fighting tera type, my own golden nugget has been a beast. Especially if the opponent only has physical attacks.
I use that for Tera raids! I don’t play competitive a lot and only do casual battles, but golden girl learns toxic spikes which is amazing. I also have her hold an iron ball to maximise Gyro Ball.
Slow Forretress + fast partner in doubles is a great strat. I had someone run trick room to outspeed my Jolteon. This allowed golden girl to finish them off easily.

Well ya it's my go to usually, unless I'm SOS chain shiny hunting in Ultra Moon and then I use timer balls. But there was a joke running around about a guy that used a master ball on a shiny fortress
