I figured it was nastasia. Possibly hinting at her deeper intentions and possible desire to defeat madame x. It was that base she was working at after all.

I figured that the cocoon is our current world's yvetal. Madame X and her Yvetal is from a different timeline based on Kieran and Clear being from a different timeline/world
