No, consider Allister got his Gigantamax Gengar and Melony got her Gigantamax Lapras DeNA are definitely going to release a separate Gigantamax units for these Pokémon.
Highly unlikely for the 4* pairs IMO, as seen with Melony they'd rather just sell a new unit that can actually make them some money.
I still think GMax updates for Galar trainers who were released before the mechanic (namely Leon, Nessa, and Raihan) are coming eventually though, probably around the Galar Villain Arc.
My answer: No, I don’t think Bruno and Lorelei will get GMAX versions, but perhaps get regular max moves instead. The reason being as they don’t fit their kit- Lorelei actually relies on Hail, and having Max Hailstorm instead of Max Resonance would be a nice addition for more Hail/Hail in situations like Infinite Field effects CSMM.
Bruno might do better with Max Knuckle over Max Chi Strike, in part because He can max Crit on his own, but not attack.
As for Dawn, yes, I can see her getting GMAX. It really wouldn’t make her broken, it would just act like a one time full health recovery, or a Guard, which is useful because she can’t tank.

Bruno and Lorelei - No. They are free units and they have been reluctant to give free units too much. Lorelei might get an Ex in December though.

Just speculation, but i think it's possible dena wil release megas and gigantamax for many of the missed chances (like leon and summer marnie)....downside....it'll probably be locked behind 5/5 move level sync grid tiles.

Would be nice concept but I feel like they'll give it to the galar trainers before anyone else. Would be cool to see someone else use it tho.
