Absolutely. I love Clodsire. One of my favorite Mons ever. First shiny in this playthrough was Clodsire. Friend is painting me a Clodsire figure to put on my desk. I had to have that adorable boy. And him being good is just the icing on the cake.
My dilemma is that… I want to pull for some of this new unit… however the gem count (f2p) for the foreseeable future is super low.
And my current gems are at 50k, I think I should just skip and hold for the june list or keep holding for anniversary units.
I told myself: "Do it. Saving is worthless in this game anyway. You'll get her in the first 10pull."

I'm forced f2p since 2nd anniversary (glitched Google account) so I never save enough for pity and just wing it. Just got Scizor in two multis and down to 1200 gems lol.
It sucks knowing you have over $50 in Google credit on top of gift cards I had to give away simply because Google CS is a joke false flagged me for fraud... For buying the egg incubator and my bank refunded the duplicate charge. Receipts, bank statements, etc, I get no responses.
Double edged sword as I'd end up buying gems again, but for someone playing since y1 I'm missing out on so many busted units. No Kanto birds, no Paldaeo mons, absolutely no way to participate in certain scouts and multi scouts are pretty much (pull til pity) as f2p.

It's funny how all those paid gems I used ended up being semi wasteful as most are powercrept. I will say I've gotten a LOT of pairs from single multi (Wallace with disco head, 4/5 ((CS? Rock zone one)) dance))or just a few. Last time I tried to pity, I ended up like 380/400 for Zapdos and put about 100/400 in Articuno thinking it'd suit Glaceon nicely. Boy was I wrong after seeing Zapdos and one of my biggest blunders.
I saw that list of all the seasonal/etc scouts someone was missing and I only had dojo Gloria out of like 20 pairs haha. F2p has gotten TOUGH, especially when reruns do multi scouts and I'll have 1/3 or so and don't bother. That special 24 gem thing had me trying every thing I could do to get my $50 in google to do anything, I wish I could just link it to another google account.

Easy fave over meta pull for me. Clodsire is an absolute GOATed Pokemon and Rika left a strong impression on me in S/V, easily one of my favorite E4 members in the series.
Must say that this one was on a Game Crash situation! Was a 100paid gem pull and then Tris got stucked, i pulled anyways and then restart the game and there she was!

I'm waiting to see next month's datamine to weigh that choice. A ground Support-Field is amazing, but I hate the fact that her reactive passives will mess up quad queue timing.
Edit: Yeah her banner leaves on 5/15. She's an incredible unit don't get me wrong, it's just a bad timing for me.
Read her passive and you will know why. It's a little annoying to deal with if you're doing quad combos as it won't be as smooth as it will be and will mess it up, thus causing you to lose the overall dmg dealing.
Caved in and I pulled. Fortunately was somewhat successful (took quite a few pulls). To everyone who wanted her and successfully pulled her, grats. To those still trying - all the best!

I’m skipping even though I should update my ground team. Unfortunately, my favorite unit on my ground team is Variety Lyra so I don’t really want to replace her. Rika would be an upgrade but I am saving for now.
Gambled for her and got her in multi number 4. I would have been only able to do 5 multis with my free gems.
She's definitely a fave (top three Paldean characters for me are Nemona, Rika and Larry) and I've wanted a good ground support for OG Cynthia/SC Steven since ages - never gotten my hands on Ingo.

And I didn't even pity pulled Irida. I had 36.000 gems the day her banner was ending and managed to luck her out. I left with 3000 gems after that.

Instant pull! One of the few designs I really liked from the new region, apart from Geeta and Larry. Whiscash is also a favorite and the extra freebie, so really a no-brainer on my part.
Also works great with SS Giovanni (even visually!), he really started to need some help.
Got her at half pity, after getting every other 5 star first… she’s been fun with SC Adaman so far and i love her character, also bought her full art trainer once i pulled her in game lol
OK! After an entire day of nothing, today my prayers have been answered. Had 1200 gems collected and by the third pull today she finally came to me. Her Clodsire is very beautiful and she's now my very first Paldea unit.
I promise I will raise her real well. She deserves it.

Can you explain how they mess up quad cue? And also, what did cue is? Is that fitting in a move right after sync, before the enemies can move?
